How to Allocate Inquiries in One Minute

目前询盘有如下分配规则:

Current inquiry allocation rules are as follows:

1、产品分配:买家针对某个产品的询盘,分配给该产品的负责人,若买家是针对公司发来的询盘,给到公司联系人。

1. Product Allocation: Inquiries about specific products are assigned to the responsible product manager. Company-wide inquiries go to the corporate contact.

2、区域分配:对应区域的买家发来的询盘给到对应区域的负责人。一个区域只能分给一个帐号。没有负责人的区域对应的买家发来的询盘给到公司联系人。

2. Regional Allocation: Inquiries from specific regions are assigned to regional managers. Each region is assigned to only one account. Inquiries from regions without managers go to corporate contacts.

3、客户第一原则:若该项勾选了,则后续买家对不同业务员负责的产品发询盘,都会自动分配给同一个业务员处理,避免撞单。

3. Customer Priority Principle: When enabled, all future inquiries from the same buyer will be automatically assigned to the same sales rep, regardless of product category, to prevent order conflicts.

4、主账号询盘"轮流"分配子账号:考虑到部分主账号不处理询盘,目前已上线:询盘分配时自动把客户分配给子账号、主账号收到的询盘"轮流"分配给子账号(注:此处轮流是一个时间段询盘量均匀分配,不是按照顺序均匀分配。TM和询盘不区分,放在一起轮流,可能出现某账号一直收到询盘收不到TM的情况。)

4. Master Account Inquiry "Rotation": Considering some master accounts don't handle inquiries, the system now automatically assigns inquiries to sub-accounts in rotation (Note: Rotation means even distribution over time, not sequential distribution. TM and inquiries are not distinguished in rotation, which may result in some accounts receiving only inquiries but no TMs.)

重要提示:咨询分配仅限通过chat now过来的消息,通过其他方式(比如通过旺旺消息框、点击公司联系人,比如旺铺的客服模块)发送的消息不走自动分配,可以通过手动转询盘进行再分配。

Important Note: Automatic allocation only applies to messages from "chat now". Messages from other channels (like Wangwang message box, company contact clicks, or store customer service modules) require manual redistribution.

咨询分配设置之后咨询的买家按照设置分配,之前的买家不会进行分配。
