广西梧州茶厂有限公司（以下简称：梧州茶厂）创建于1953年1月，有"中国六堡茶工业的摇篮"之誉，是广西茶行业建厂历史最早、工业遗存最完整、技术积累和文化积淀最深厚的茶叶精制加工企业。

Wuzhou Tea Factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Wuzhou Tea Factory), established in January 1953, is honored as the "Cradle of China's Liubao Tea Industry". It is the tea processing enterprise with the longest history, most complete industrial heritage, and richest technical accumulation and cultural heritage in Guangxi's tea industry.

一、创建时期（1953-1957）

1. Founding Period (1953-1957)

1953年1月，在广西梧州市角嘴路"老虎冲"内设立茶叶加工厂，从此开创了国营茶叶工业在梧州的历史新纪元。"三鹤"六堡茶成为国家出口换汇的重要物资，是著名的侨销茶。

In January 1953, a tea processing factory was established at "Laohuchong" on Jiaozui Road in Wuzhou City, Guangxi, marking a new historical era of state-owned tea industry in Wuzhou. The "Sanhe" Liubao tea became an important material for national export exchange and a famous overseas Chinese tea.

二、兴业时期（1958-1979）

2. Prosperity Period (1958-1979)

企业制造了六堡茶蒸茶机、生产过茯砖茶，成为黑茶现代工艺冷水渥堆技术的发源地。1958年至60年代初是六堡茶产销最旺盛的时期，"红、浓、陈、醇"的六堡茶畅销港澳和东南亚。

The enterprise manufactured Liubao tea steaming machines and produced Fu brick tea, becoming the birthplace of modern cold-water pile fermentation technology for dark tea. From 1958 to the early 1960s was the most prosperous period for Liubao tea production and sales, with its "red, rich, aged, and mellow" characteristics popular in Hong Kong, Macao, and Southeast Asia.

三、发展时期（1980-1993）

3. Development Period (1980-1993)

1983年荣获"出口产品六堡茶品质优良"荣誉证书。1989年和1991年，"鹤岗牌"和"三鹤"商标先后获国家商标注册。

In 1983, it won the honorary certificate of "Excellent Quality of Liubao Tea for Export Products". In 1989 and 1991, the "Hegang" and "Sanhe" trademarks were registered with the State Trademark Office respectively.

四、转型时期（1994-2004）

4. Transition Period (1994-2004)

由于国家税制改革、梧州大洪水、亚洲金融危机等因素，企业经历了艰难转型期。

Due to national tax reform, Wuzhou floods, and the Asian financial crisis, the enterprise went through a difficult transition period.

五、复兴时期（2005-2020）

5. Revival Period (2005-2020)

2011年成为广西茶行业唯一"中华老字号"。2019年新生产线投产，实现机械化、连续化、清洁化生产。

In 2011, it became the only "China Time-honored Brand" in Guangxi's tea industry. In 2019, the new production line was put into operation, achieving mechanized, continuous, and clean production.

六、改制时期（2020-至今）

6. Restructuring Period (2020-Present)

2020年12月成功改制，2021年成为企业69年历史中发展质量最高、速度最快的一年。

Successfully restructured in December 2020, 2021 became the year with the highest development quality and fastest speed in the company's 69-year history.
