近段时间，受国内外贸易环境变化以及新冠肺炎疫情影响，部分行业出现了一些订单流出和产业外迁的迹象。这种变动符合经济规律，不会影响我国在全球产业链供应链中的地位。
Recently, due to changes in domestic and foreign trade environment and the impact of COVID-19, some industries have shown signs of order outflow and industrial relocation. These changes follow economic laws and won't affect China's position in global industrial and supply chains.
订单流动属正常现象 | Order fluctuations are normal
今年以来，随着周边国家生产端的逐步恢复，去年回流到国内的部分外贸订单再次流出。同时，一些企业将部分制造环节转移到国外。商务部对外贸易司相关负责人表示，回流订单流出的规模是可控的、影响是有限的。
This year, with the gradual recovery of production in neighboring countries, some foreign trade orders that returned to China last year have flowed out again. Meanwhile, some enterprises have transferred part of their manufacturing processes abroad. Relevant officials from the Ministry of Commerce stated that the scale of returning order outflow is controllable with limited impact.

The business environment continues to improve, and the attractiveness of the super-large market keeps increasing. Foreign trade import and export achieved stable growth in the first five months, with May's figures increasing by 9.6% year-on-year and 9.2% month-on-month respectively.
