(Translated by Google) The Pico da Pedra Partida is the second highest peak in the Monte Verde region and has a beautiful view of much of the Paraíba Valley. The access trail has signs and red ribbons on some trees along the way, especially in places where there might be some doubt. It took us 1 hour to climb the 900m to the top. And on the way back it took us only 40 minutes. At the top there is a sign indicating the altitude and the name, great for photos. The downside is that access is restricted by MOVE, which charges R$35.90 per person. This amount could easily be used for a "single pass" with access to the 5 peaks in the region. This would both attract more tourists and raise the funds needed to improve and preserve the site.

(Translated by Google) The scenery is wonderful and worth the effort. The trail is not well marked, but it is possible to follow the path. If you are not physically fit, the trail takes about 2 to 2.5 hours (don't rush to get there) and has complicated and slippery sections. The trail has 2 viewpoints (close to the final destination). Bring good shoes, water, a shirt and long pants. I recommend leaving in the morning, preferably before 9 am, to avoid the midday sun at the top of the split rock. (Original) Paisagem maravilhosa e vale o esforço.

(Translated by Google) This is the most difficult trail, as in some places you have to climb some rocks (be prepared to get a little dirty, lol). In some places you can get lost, as the trail is not very well marked (I recommend using a GPS if you go without a guide), but the view is incredible and it is worth the effort.

(Translated by Google) The trail is a bit long, with some complicated and steep sections, older people and small children are not advised, in some places you have to climb, and there are many sharp rocks, but nothing that cannot be done, only the strong survive!! It is worth it, stunning views!! Vale a pena, vista deslumbrante!!

(Translated by Google) This trail is a little more difficult than Pedra Rodada, which has stairs and is very short! I don't recommend doing this trail if you have mobility problems, because at times you'll need a little physical strength to get through certain steep and narrow spots... The trail is well marked and not very well marked, with signs at some points and two really cool viewpoints along the way, to recharge your batteries and admire nature! It's possible to get there without any major problems, because during the holiday season, there are always people going to or coming back from the same place as you... If possible, choose to do this trail while there's daylight and good weather, because it's a 40 to 50 minute walk from the fork that separates the Pedra Rodada/Ronda trails. Unmissable! People who give this trail a bad review must not be physically fit and/or may have gone alone... From Pedra Rodada, the second highest point in the region, you can see Pedra Rodada, which was FULL the day I visited!

Not tourist friendly. Staff can’t speak any word English. On the site there is a price at 40, but on arrival they double it. When we wanted to order online the website did not work. This place is COOL. And it has more fun than you can handle in one day. To go there and think you'll want to go home because you are so tired, think again, that's when you get your second wind.
Vernon E — Google review
We went to stay two nights and left after lunch on the first day. The place looks nothing like the photos on the website. It was dirty, blankets from last century, food served was dry and very little variety. The way it was served was with a lack of interest as was the general feeling of all the park. A real pity for our 10 year olds birthday surprise
Christopher M — Google review
The food seemed reasonable to me. Espatinhos, mini pizzas, and pastéis were all R$7 and were as good quality as you would find in any Festa Junina. The pastel was even big. The baru was particularly good. The park was very cute. It was obvious they paid attention to the small details. The rides were a lot of fun, especially the Nitro-x and the other ride right next to it (that one was maybe even better!) We spent about 7 hours there and didn't even do everything. It could be worth it to stay the night at the Posada and spend the whole weekend there.

Art gallery
Art museum
The Pinacoteca de São Paulo stands as a testament to Brazil's rich artistic heritage, making it one of the country's oldest and most significant art museums. Nestled in a stunning neoclassical structure originally designed for the School of Arts and Crafts, this museum showcases an impressive collection that ranges from 19th-century Brazilian paintings and sculptures to contemporary works. Its history is intertwined with various historical events, including conflicts in the early 20th century, which adds depth to its narrative.
Beautiful art museum! Museum has 3 levels, there is also a balcony on the front and back of the building on the 3rd level that has a nice view of the street and in the back a nice view of the park. I would make sure that if you are outside in the street don’t stay for long or take your phone out at all. There are many many homeless people in the area that steal from people regularly.
Brandon H — Google review
Definitely worth paying R30 for this museum as it has so many exhibitions and they were all amazing! The exhibitions were also in English and made it so much easier for us to enjoy! The ticket also includes the contemporary art in another building. We ended up spending over 2 hours here but could’ve easily spend half a day here. Highly recommend this to everyone!

One of the most beautiful museums I've been to. They have a great selection of pieces, with differing mediums, the space is clean and comfortable. The main entry goes thru a sunroom with super high glass ceilings, currently showing pieces done with wood, so you can smell the sap being warned by the sun. The staff was friendly and kind, very helpful and attentive. Bathrooms were clean. The pieces being showcased are very well selected, I think. And the infrastructure is beautiful.

Mercado Municipal de São Paulo

Mentioned on
+19 other lists
Market
Shopping
The Mercado Municipal Paulistano, also known as Mercadao, is a historic market located in the old city center of Centro. Built in the 1930s, this magnificent market hall features skylights and stained-glass windows and is bustling with vendors offering rare fruits, vegetables, dairy produce, meat, fish, and more.
When it comes to great global food halls, São Paulo’s Mercado Municipal Paulistano holds its own among the world’s finest—rubbing shoulders with Madrid’s Mercado de San Miguel, Barcelona’s Mercat de la Boqueria, Rotterdam’s Markthal, Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market, Vancouver’s Granville Island Market, and Ho Chi Minh City’s Ben Thanh Market, to name a few. If you go (and you absolutely should), be prepared for the surrounding neighborhood—it’s lively, chaotic, and unmistakably working-class. We visited with local friends who advised us to stay aware of our surroundings. Once inside, brace yourself for a feast of sights, sounds, and flavors. The market is big, bustling, and fiercely competitive. Expect enthusiastic shopkeepers eager to lure you in with free samples—lots of them. Resistance may be futile. A hit with foreign tourists, this market is just as beloved by locals who come to shop, eat, and soak in the vibrant chaos. The selection is both dazzling and overwhelming—fresh meats, seafood, exotic fruits, and an array of dried goods that could stock a gourmet pantry. But the real magic? The mezzanine-level eateries, where you can feast with a bird’s-eye view of the bustling market below. Pro tip: snag a table on the edge. The food is fantastic across the board, but the must-tries? The legendary Mortadella Sandwich and anything featuring Bacalhau (salted cod), all best enjoyed with an ice-cold Caipirinha. Pure bliss!
Eddie C — Google review
The Mercado Municipal de São Paulo is a large wholesale market and retail post specializing in food products. The ground floor has shops, where as the top floor mostly has restaurants. What makes it special is the iconic building, with stained glass windows. Several architects have worked on it over the years to make it a special structure and it has been renovated and extended in 2004. It's a very busy place with shops selling fruits, vegetables, cereals, meats, spices, cheese etc. Best way to view it is to stand on the first floor and watch the hustle bustle going on down below. It's definitely an interesting place to visit in São Paulo, better as a guided tour.
Soudamini M — Google review
Interesting experience and many options to try and choose from. Just know that when they offer you samples, you will end up buying stuff and they don’t give you the price until they already wrapped and bagged things. You’ll end up paying 60 USD for 4 piece of fruit, which you can find in typical stores for 10 dollars.
Parihan R — Google review
This is a well-organized and clean market that offers a wide range of goods—from preserved meats, fresh fish, and spices to nuts and other local products. While it seems to have become more of a tourist attraction than a place locals frequent for daily shopping, it’s still worth a visit. The second floor has sit-down restaurants, making it a good spot to take a break and enjoy a proper meal. Prices are reasonable overall. One of the highlights here is the famous mortadella sandwich—a must-try if you’re visiting for the first time. Overall, a nice place to explore local flavors and pick up a few souvenirs or snacks. Just expect a more tourist-oriented vibe.

Visited the Mercado Municipal with a local guide, which made the experience even better. Learned about the market’s history while exploring stalls full of colorful fruits, cheeses, spices, and more. Of course, tried the famous mortadella sandwich and cod pastel, both delicious! Lively atmosphere.

The Mercado Municipal de São Paulo is a must-visit spot in the city! The building itself is beautiful, with its historic architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find an incredible variety of fresh fruits, spices, cheeses, meats, and more—it’s a feast for the senses. It’s the perfect place to explore Brazilian flavors, pick up unique ingredients, or just enjoy a great meal. Whether you’re shopping or simply soaking in the energy, the market is an unforgettable experience in São Paulo.

A must go to if visiting São Paulo. The smell of freshwater fish and seeing and tasting all the fresh vegetables and fruits is amazing.

It's a terrific place to visit if in Sao Paulo. Just beware the fruit sellers who come up to you offering you fruit tasting--run from them. They are simpatico but they prey on clueless foreigners who may be in a hurry to get to the airport and don't know the currency well. The fruit seller Roberto (pictured below) who has a fruit stall tucked out of site to the left as you enter the Mercado from the main entrance on the same row as the nut selller is especially shameless. $200 US for 6 mangosteens and 4 large cherimoya!! Just noticed the charge in the taxi on my way to the airport when checking my credit card charges. They were excellent fruits but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. You are better off going to vendors that advertise their prices. And doublechecking the prices before swiping your card. I also bought mangos that looked divine from Carrefour. Certainly cheaper but it seems they had been frozen as when it came time to eat them they were mushy inside...

One of São Paulo's most iconic and bustling streets, lined with impressive skyscrapers that house major banks, corporations, shops, and shopping centers. It is also home to MASP, the renowned Museum of Art with its distinctive architecture. On Sundays, the street comes alive with markets and countless stalls selling a variety of goods. Always lively and full of energy, this is a must-visit destination!

There's a lot to do there, but you really gotta watch out for phone thieves. Don’t even think about texting on that avenue, the police won't do anything if your phone gets taken. Be careful when taking pictures and avoid taking your phone out if possible.

Ibirapuera Park is a renowned urban park in Sao Paulo, often compared to Central Park. It offers a serene escape from the bustling city, with beautiful landscaping and architecture designed by Oscar Niemeyer. The park features museums, a planetarium, auditoriums, and recreational areas with bike paths and courts. Despite being highly urbanized, it provides an opportunity to experience Brazilian nature with diverse native fauna and flora.
Went to Sao Paulo for work and visited this park. Its a perfect oasis in middle of bustling traffic muddled city. It has few lakes, jogging tracks and cycling tracks. Wonderful views of city skyline. Museum entrance is also near gate 10. Small kiosks all around the park selling coconut water and other refreshments.

Ibirapuera Park is a must-visit in São Paulo! 🌳✨ This massive green space is perfect for a relaxing stroll, jogging, biking, or just unwinding with nature. The park is beautifully maintained, with scenic lakes, lush gardens, and plenty of shaded areas to escape the city heat. I visited around Christmas, and it was even more magical! 🎄✨ The park was decorated with beautiful illumination lights and festive trees, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The holiday lights reflecting on the lake made for a stunning sight! What makes it even more special is the blend of culture and nature—there are museums, art installations, and even a planetarium! The vibe is lively yet peaceful, with people enjoying picnics, playing music, and exercising. If you're visiting São Paulo, definitely carve out a few hours to explore this urban oasis. Highly recommended! 🌿🚴‍♂️🏞️

Largest park in the city, it has nice roads for running and walking along with bicycle lines. It has a lake with River with plenty of grass areas to just sit and relax. We enjoyed it in a sunny day on Sunday and lots of people go to exercise and work out. Lots of local people just enjoying with their families Park has plenty of small stores to get snacks, water and natural coconut water which is great, however did not see a larger restaurant to get meals, just mobile spots for quick grab and go. There are public bathroom but can get crowded Green areas and well maintained although they could be better, trees are mostly tropical. There is a museum, planetary and Japanese site but did not go to those.

We really enjoyed this park, went there for the visit one day and went back and walked almost around the entire loop. Love all the birds, ducks, Ingrids and other spices. We really enjoyed watching all the people get involved in different activities and plenty to do there for all ages, but I really loved looking at the fauna and the flora. The trees were incredible. I WOULD RECOMMEND

It’s an absolute pleasure to walk in this park but keep in mind it’s huge. Plenty of cafes and shops to buy a fresh coconut or any other drinks, lots of bench’s to sit and relax or just watch people performing different instruments in the nature. I saw a lot of families spending time here with kids or having a meal. Definetly worth walking around

Lovely park with varied green spaces, you can hire a bike or quad style bike with separated lanes. There are plenty of stands for snacks and the ever present coconut water. There is a japanese garden and a planetarium and art gallery all located inside the park. Loads to do you can easily spend a whole day here.

Ibirapuera Park was the first metropolitan park in São Paulo, designed like the great English Landscape Gardens, built in the in major cities in the world. Its spread on an area of 158 hectares, has has a large area for leisure, jogging and walking, as well as a convention center. It provides a green space in the middle of an urban area. It also has a lake with a small bridge and few black swans, which add to the charm.

Enseada Beach - a huge bay beach, fully illuminated. Main in Guaruja so it is very crouded. Walking along the beach, we saw a terrible view of rubbish. The beaches here are supposed to be cleaned by cleaning crews, BUT after staying on the beach, people leave rubbish in the place where they were sunbathing. It is not so bad when they are closed in a bag, however most often they are loose. The evening rest on the beach after sunset (around 6:30 pm), in some dry sand, begins with looking for a place free from the sight of rubbish. The ocean's view is beautyfull though

Specialty Museums
Museu do Café, located in the historic Coffee Exchange building in Downtown Santos, offers a captivating journey through the history of Brazilian coffee. The museum showcases the significance of coffee to Brazil's economy and provides insights into the quality of coffee beans produced in the country. Visitors can explore exhibits on the history of coffee trading and even participate in barista classes. The grandiose architecture adds to the allure of this museum, making it a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
A fun stop for any java enthusiast — you can learn how the coffee trade shaped Brazil’s history and then enjoy the caffeinated flow of good joe in the café. The interior is well preserved, and the main bidding hall is particularly interesting, both for its beautiful design and its exhibitions chronicling the decades of auctions held at the exchange.
Path F — Google review
The Museo del Café is more than just a stop for a caffeine fix—it’s an experience that wraps history, aroma, and flavor into one visit. You step inside and the scent of freshly roasted beans hits you first, warm and inviting. Then you notice the space itself—walls lined with vintage grinders, old roasting drums, and photographs that tell the story of coffee from its roots to your cup. The museum side walks you through every stage: planting, harvesting, drying, roasting, brewing. You get to see the tools and traditions behind the process, not just the polished final product. It’s the kind of place that makes you appreciate your morning cup in a whole new way. And then there’s the café—cozy tables, natural light, and staff who clearly care about the craft. The coffee is exceptional: rich, full-bodied, with layers of flavor that unfold as it cools. If you’re hungry, their breakfast and pastry options are worth it too—simple, fresh, and made to complement the coffee rather than overshadow it. What really stands out is how relaxed the whole experience feels. You can wander through the exhibits at your own pace, sit for a cup, or just watch the baristas work. It’s the kind of place where you could spend an hour and feel like you’ve both learned something and taken a little break from the rush outside.

I enjoyed the stories on history of coffee and coffee industry in Brazil. The building itself was once in 19th century the coffee exchange office of Santos and still today has amazing good vibe. Some of the art presentations are very interesting - like the coffee mugs flowing out of a cupboard that could be relate to coffee bean being poured out of a sack.

The museum tells the history of coffee in São Paulo state and Brazil, the exhibit is great, it has everything in English, and the building is beautiful. The museum also has a very nice coffee shop serving good coffee and cakes.
Barbara S — Google review
A journey through time! The building inside is beautiful and the architecture is wonderful. Very interesting place, for those who love coffee! It has a cafeteria that serves a brewed coffee that is delicious! ❤ I went in Dec / 20 and on the outside it is covered in renovation, not being able to take photos. In the surroundings there are beautiful buildings that are worth the scenery. The museum itself is fine. The monument is beautiful and, although it is not as interesting a visit in the city as the Aquarium or the Sacred Art Museum, it is worth it. The problem is, ironically, as another comment pointed out, in the cafe. I have the costume of drinking coffees of various types and expected much more from the place. Do not go to the cafeteria because you calculate expensive for ordinary coffees prepared in an ordinary way. If you ask for the museum's iced coffee with milk - which now costs R $ 18.00 and is one of the cheapest items in the establishment - you will leave with the impression that your homemade coffee with a little milk and ice would have came out tastier. Again, go to the museum, don't go to the cafeteria.
Anderson P — Google review
A nice building which is located near Pele Museum. There is a small admission fee. There are lockers where you need to put your bag in and it has a small cafe on the ground floor. Very detailed history on Brazilian coffee, educational with lots of information

Great museum to learn about the farming and processing of coffee beans and extensive history related to coffee. The building is beautiful and there’s also information about the architecture and its origins. All of the information on the walls/signs is displayed in Portuguese but there’s large cards with all the same information in Spanish/English available too. Very informative! Entry was 10 reais.

This is a nice simple place to visit, especially on a rainy day when the beach isn't so nice. It's a small aquarium with a nice collection of fish and similar creatures. The one depressing tank was with the sea turtle. It was just a tank and water, no earth features or other stuff. I'm hoping that it is a work in progress.

I was able to visit the temple last Sunday with friends, and I must say that it was such a stellar place! It is not hard to navigate, everything can be found rather easily. The lake they have there is lovely, having fish and turtles that were easy to see. We saw some colourful birds, and the bridge over the lake was a cool feature. There are vivid, colourful landscapes to be seen. The statues remind you that you are not in an ordinary place. The temple itself and its surroundings are nothing like the architecture we see in this country, so it draws your eyes to the roofs, walls, doors, finishings and more. There were people ready to provide useful information. There was some sort of celebration going on, and it was interesting to see. This is definitely a great place to visit even if you are not a religious individual, as the temple is absolutely stunning!

One of the best experiences in Brazil. Lots of fascinating waterfalls, gorgeous rivers and scenery. Not to mention the mysterious and wonderful caves. I would visit this place again and again. Totally recommend.

Amazing natural park (caves and tracks) with professional and knowledgable guides. A deep and safe adventure that requires not much of physical strength.

This virtually unknown park is full of amazing caves, beautiful sceneries, and warm rivers.
Tymon J — Google review
It is a beautiful place. However, one has to have a guide, they tend to serve you primitive attractions (like listening to music in cave) and enforce a number of regulations that neither increase safety nor pleasure (like crossing the river wearing shoes and walking later in wet shoes). Really unpleasent experience. I recommend finding another park to explore Mata Arlantica.
Piotr W — Google review
The caves here are phenomenal and merit more foreign visitors. Some of the caves are huge, others smaller. One is actually a tunnel exiting elsewhere from where there is a lovely 2km trek back. You need to hire an accredited guide beforehand to go with you, or else you will be turned away (as I saw with another car when we arrived). And believe me - you need a guide for your own safety as the caves extend hundreds of meters inside and you'd be in complete darkness if it were not for the guide's knowledge and our helmet torches (supplied by the guide tour agency). My guide was great, Luis from Monotours, with whom I spoke Portuguese. I also used my mobile/cell phone flashlight to better illuminate the stones we often stepped or scrambled over.

(Translated by Google) Terrible service... poorly trained staff, they need urgent training! The pastel took over 40 minutes to be made, tasteless, dry dough. We ordered a soda and it arrived after the pastel. The staff didn't understand each other, they wrote down one thing and then came to confirm something we hadn't even ordered. One day the waiter came to deliver the pastel and we asked what flavor it was and he said "I don't know, they sent it to us." Totally unprepared, we left because of the delay and dissatisfied.

Terrible : - A major issue happened with the (electric) shower the first day we arrived with no one willing to help. The wifi and electricity system overall is bad. - The elevator is scarier than the ones in horror movies; people got stuck in it during our stay, it shakes and makes a terrifying noise. - The staff is unhelpful and rude. Being polite is the least you have to do when working in tourism, replying to a "hello" and saying "thank you" is free! Nobody wears a mask, it must be a magical place (no) where the pandemic disappeared (still not). - The wifi is weak and slow. (It feels like) no one really cares about this place or clients. Run away !

Praia dos Ingleses is a lively and popular beach with plenty of amenities such as hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. It's known for its surfing waves, making it a great spot for water sports enthusiasts. The area is recommended by expats as a good place to raise children, with several neighborhoods on the island offering safety and access to quality schools.
Beautiful beach, very quiet, with a variety of beachside restaurants. easy access area.

Great clean beach with lovely waves and water is just right for swimming. There's lots of cafes and restaurants and bars along the beach with a great atmosphere!
Nick D — Google review
The Americas have a completely wrong idea as to what makes a city livable. This is a place that boasts a sandy beach but waves that make swimming unfeasible. Proof of that is that 90% of the beachgoers are lying or sitting on the beach, but very few venture to go inside the sea and even fewer bother to swim. Add to that the mostly cloudy skies and the ever-present rain, and you've got the picture. Furthermore, there are no cafés to speak of as coffee culture in these parts of the world is practically nonexistent, and the restaurants are nothing to brag about. Finally ,the absence of any other form of entertainment makes this place an absolute tedium. Complete waste of my money. Give me the Mediterranean any time!

From the beaches in Florianópolis, this is surely the most commercial one, it has nothing special and pales in a comparison with its neighbors, especially Santinho.

Beautiful beach 💙! Very calm and clear water. Good for family and kids. There are a few restaurants where you can eat watching the sea. During high season It may get pretty crowded...

Really nice beach but it can get quite busy (for good reason!) If you come in high season, be prepared to fight for a space, but in October, there was plenty of space and the weather was perfect for it!

Joaquina Beach is a popular spot for local surfers and offers a picturesque setting with white sand and food vendors. It's known for its perfect waves that attract surfers, as well as its high dunes at the back of the beach where visitors can try sandboarding. The area also features other beaches catering to different preferences, such as Campeche Beach, which is ideal for a dream surf vacation and offers stunning views of Campeche Island.
All the beaches here on this island are gorgeous and this one is no exception. White sand clear blue water and a background of greenery and hills. You can't beat it. It's a beach break and although the waves were too small it would probably leave you very good here for surfing their body surfing.

This is a fantastic beach amazing for playing volleyball. Get to know other people find amazing friends just relax on the beach. Enjoy the nature. The views the waves are friendly. A lot of people do windsurfing which is fantastic. There are rocky areas on the left side. Be careful about them if you go there make sure that you step on stable and Certain places not to fall between the rocks. There will be dangerous people who sell stuff by the beach are friendly and welcoming, which was amazing to there are some showers right outside the beach, which were also clean and amazing and I really liked them. I went there with a friend of mine and I took amazing pictures there and I really love the beach and the waves there I would always go back.

What a wonderful beach and so close to Lagoa (15 min on the bus). It offers beautiful nature and some infrastructure likes bars, shops and restaurants but not too much

It’s ok. Actually a very busy beach so if you’re into that then it might be the right place for you. What’s great is the dunes sitting in the background. If you climb up you’ll get a very picturesque view of the beach! Also the rocks on the left side of the beach is a cool spot to check out !

People are very nice and the beach is beautiful. Water is clean but sometimes the waves are strong. Plenty of gift shops and a few places to eat. You can enjoy and relax here for hours and not notice how long it's been.

Nice beach with breathtaking views, clear and clean water but it has big waves (perfect for surfers) anyway you can get into the water with extreme caution (I wouldn’t recommend it for children).

Campeche Island, located off the coast of Florianópolis, is a treasure trove of ancient archaeological sites and natural beauty. The island is known for its pristine sands, calm waters, and hidden coves that offer stunning views of cliffs and rock formations. Visitors can join organized boat tours departing from Armacao Beach to explore the island's clear waters and preserved natural park.
If you are in Floripa a visit to this Island is a must. It is absolutely stunning. You can access it from a few places but we chose to get a boat from Campeche Beach (10 minutes). Tip - get their early as people queue from 8am because they only allow limited numbers on the Island.
Kate D — Google review
A very beautiful beach on the island but it took an hour boat ride to get there. Make sure to choose a good sunny day to go there.
Rula H — Google review
Magical place. If you go there with your family members, make sure not to litter the place. Don’t take your smoking equipment, there and smoke there. Respect the nature.
Mansour M — Google review
It is a must-visited Campeche Island. The best advice I can give is to check the weather before you go, choose an agency to buy it a few days before you plan going because it is a really popular place, if you arrive there without your ticket probably you will face a big queue to try to take the boat! If you have problems with the boat, bring your medicine because it will take 40 min by boat to get there! The water is beautiful, paradise!

A beautiful island with calm but freezing water. If you go on the weekend, there are many boats obstructing the view of the ocean. Nonetheless, the island feels calm and relaxed. We (foreigners) were told it costs 300 reais per person round trip to the island. When we said we don't have that much cash, they lowered it to 200 reais per person (Feb 2022). Still expensive based on other comments here, but I guess that's the price you pay for not being brazilian.
