2023年5月7日 - 湖南省国资委联合省进出口集团、株洲海关组成考察团，专程赴湖南机电（机动车）产业外贸基地调研外贸可持续增长工作。此次考察聚焦跨境电商财税合规与谷歌SEO新规应对策略，为外贸企业提供政策指导。
May 7, 2023 - A delegation from Hunan Provincial SASAC, together with the Provincial Import & Export Group and Zhuzhou Customs, conducted a special research visit to the Hunan Electromechanical (Motor Vehicle) Industry Foreign Trade Base to investigate sustainable foreign trade growth. The inspection focused on cross-border e-commerce tax compliance and response strategies to Google's new SEO rules, providing policy guidance for foreign trade enterprises.

考察团对基地提出四项发展建议：
