安徽省发布二手车出口高质量发展7条倡议 构建行业新生态
安徽财经网讯：12月23日，安徽省主要二手车出口企业、主机厂及相关单位联合发布《加强行业自律，促进二手车出口行业高质量发展七条倡议》。该倡议旨在引导安徽省二手车出口行业实现健康有序发展，构建高效开放的二手车出口生态。
According to Anhui Business News: On December 23, major used car export enterprises, OEMs and related units in Anhui Province jointly issued "Seven Initiatives to Strengthen Industry Self-Discipline and Promote High-Quality Development of Used Car Exports". The initiatives aim to guide the healthy and orderly development of Anhui's used car export industry and build an efficient and open export ecosystem.
倡议基于安徽省二手车行业近年来的探索与实践，结合当前政策法规要求，围绕七大主题提出具体措施：
The initiatives are based on Anhui's exploration and practice in recent years, combined with current policy requirements, focusing on seven key themes:
1. 合规经营：严格遵守商务部等5部门关于二手车出口的公告要求
1. Compliance Operation: Strictly comply with the announcement requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and other four departments
2. 质量追溯：切实履行车况信息明示和出口产品检测义务
2. Quality Traceability: Earnestly fulfill obligations for vehicle condition disclosure and export product inspection
3. 售后服务：加强海外质量和售后服务体系
3. After-Sales Service: Strengthen overseas quality and after-sales service systems
4. 尊重权益：未经主机厂同意不开展"零公里二手车"业务
4. Rights Respect: No "zero-kilometer used car" business without OEM consent
5. 产业合作：主机厂为出口企业提供产业链合作机会
5. Industrial Cooperation: OEMs to provide supply chain cooperation opportunities
6. 信息共享：外贸平台开设专栏分享政策咨询
