2023年中国服装出口锐减8.8%：疫情红利终结与行业挑战
最新数据显示，中国服装出口行业正面临严峻挑战。根据中国纺织品进出口商会发布的《2023年1-10月我国服装出口分析》报告，今年1-10月，中国服装累计出口1334.8亿美元，同比下降8.8%。其中，10月单月出口122.6亿美元，同比下降8.9%。
Latest statistics show China's garment export industry is facing severe challenges. According to the "Analysis of China's Garment Exports from January to October 2023" report released by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, China's cumulative garment exports from January to October this year reached $133.48 billion, down 8.8% year-on-year. Exports in October alone were $12.26 billion, down 8.9% year-on-year.
报告指出，服装出口延缓回暖态势，从去年的出口高峰向疫情前规模回归趋势明显。在外需走低、全球纺织服装供应链加速调整的大背景下，我国服装出口规模在经历了疫情三年的增长红利期后，今年下半年加速向疫情前出口规模回归。
The report indicates that garment exports continue to show delayed recovery, with a clear trend of returning to pre-pandemic levels from last year's export peak. Against the backdrop of weakening external demand and accelerated adjustments in the global textile and garment supply chain, China's garment export volume is rapidly returning to pre-pandemic levels after experiencing three years of growth during the pandemic.
多重因素影响：受国际需求不振、"去中国化"趋势加剧、去年上半年基数较高等因素影响，纺织服装出口进一步放缓，10月当月出口甚至比2019年同期微降0.7%，进一步预示着疫情红利的正式终结。
Multiple influencing factors: Affected by weak international demand, intensifying "de-China" trends, and the high base in the first half of last year, textile and garment exports have slowed further. October exports even showed a slight 0.7% decrease compared with the same period in 2019, further signaling the official end of the pandemic boom.
品类表现差异明显：在主要服装出口品类中，除围巾/领带/手帕出口增长9.2%，其他服装品类出口均有不同幅度下降。此外，中国占主要发达国家市场份额持续下滑，发达市场进口持续下降。
Significant variations by category: Among major garment export categories, only scarves/ties/handkerchiefs showed growth (9.2%), while all other categories declined to varying degrees. Additionally, China's market share in major developed countries continues to decline, with imports to developed markets showing sustained decreases.
报告称，今年全球经济复苏动力不足，逆全球化、供应链深度调整，导致不确定因素增多，不断消弱消费信心。对于未来，经合组织预测全球经济增长将小幅放缓，但全球经济硬着陆的风险已经减弱。
The report states that insufficient momentum for global economic recovery this year, combined with deglobalization and deep supply chain adjustments, has increased uncertainties and continuously weakened consumer confidence. Looking ahead, the OECD predicts global economic growth will slow slightly, but the risk of a hard landing for the global economy has diminished.
