海南百家外贸企业获AEO认证 国际贸易"金字招牌"助力企业出海

12月6日，海口海关举办AEO政策解读座谈会暨2024年AEO企业总数达100家集中颁证仪式。据海口海关统计，今年以来海南省新增AEO企业37家，总数达到101家，覆盖能源化工、离岛免税、热带特色食品加工等自贸港重点产业。
On December 6, Haikou Customs held an AEO policy interpretation symposium and a centralized certification ceremony for reaching the goal of 100 AEO enterprises by 2024. According to statistics from Haikou Customs, Hainan Province has added 37 AEO enterprises this year, bringing the total to 101, covering key industries in the free trade port such as energy and chemical, duty-free shopping, and tropical specialty food processing.
据介绍，AEO是国际公认的企业管理制度，在促进经济全球化和区域经济一体化中发挥了重要作用。为充分发挥信用管理的激励和促进作用，更好支持海南自贸港外贸主体高质量发展，今年初海口海关制定了AEO企业总数达100家目标。
AEO is an internationally recognized enterprise management system that plays an important role in promoting economic globalization and regional economic integration. To fully leverage the incentives and promotion of credit management and better support the high-quality development of foreign trade entities in Hainan Free Trade Port, Haikou Customs set a goal at the beginning of this year to reach 100 AEO enterprises.
海南奥特莱斯旅业开发有限公司关务负责人表示，作为海关最高信用等级认证，AEO认证也被称为国际贸易的"金字招牌"。成为通过AEO认证的企业可享受优先办理、减少监管频次、优化服务等一系列优惠管理措施，对企业深化与国际品牌合作，拓宽国际市场，实现贸易共赢有着重要意义。

Enterprises that obtain AEO certification can enjoy a series of preferential management measures such as priority handling, reduced regulatory frequency, and optimized services, which are of great significance for enterprises to deepen cooperation with international brands, expand international markets, and achieve win-win trade.

今年以来，AEO企业进出口人工分析查验率低于常规水平80%。有7家出口食品、水产品AEO企业受益于"出口食品、化妆品降低检验检疫抽批比例至实施常规管理措施企业的20%以下"。
This year, the manual inspection rate for import and export of AEO enterprises has been 80% lower than the常规 level. Seven AEO enterprises exporting food and aquatic products have benefited from the "reduction of inspection and quarantine sampling ratio for exported food and cosmetics to less than 20% of enterprises implementing常规 management measures".
海口海关相关负责人介绍，为进一步提升AEO企业的获得感，海口海关今年在现有管理措施基础上，结合关区实际，制定印发了提升高级认证企业便利化水平的二十条便利措施。接下来将加大对企业的信用培育认证力度，帮助越来越多的外贸企业通过海关高级认证享受到更多更实在的便利。
