谷歌搜索留痕：长沙警方破获直播售假案 缴获9000余件假冒品牌服装
三湘都市报·新湖南客户端9月20日讯 - 近日，长沙市公安局开福分局成功破获一起通过直播平台销售假冒知名品牌服装的案件，抓获13名犯罪嫌疑人，查获假冒品牌服装9000余件，涉案金额达60余万元。
"家人们，官方售价近300元，今天我们直播间给大家发福利，39元就能带回家！" 这样诱人的促销话术背后，隐藏着一个专业的售假团伙。8月28日，开福分局望麓园派出所接到企业举报，称多家网店在视频购物平台公开销售假冒其品牌服饰。
警方调查发现：该团伙以"品牌尾单"、"瑕疵品"等名义，通过精心布置的直播间，以远低于市场价的价格销售假冒商品。为增加可信度，犯罪嫌疑人王某甚至将毛坯房装修成线下门店模样，让消费者误以为是官方授权店铺。

9月2日，警方展开收网行动，一举抓获13名犯罪嫌疑人，现场查获各类直播设备和大量假冒服装。王某等人交代，自今年4月起，他们以不足正品十分之一的价格从批发市场购入假冒服装，通过直播方式销售牟利。
警方提醒消费者：

- 收货后仔细检查商品质量
- 发现假货及时向有关部门举报
