北京 - 海关总署1月13日发布数据显示，2022年我国货物贸易进出口总值42.07万亿元人民币，比2021年增长7.7%，规模再创历史新高。

Beijing - According to data released by the General Administration of Customs on January 13, China's total import and export value of goods trade reached 42.07 trillion yuan in 2022, an increase of 7.7% over 2021, setting a new historical record.

其中出口23.97万亿元，增长10.5%；进口18.1万亿元，增长4.3%。民营企业进出口21.4万亿元，增长12.9%，占进出口总值的50.9%，首次超过一半。

Exports reached 23.97 trillion yuan, up 10.5%; imports reached 18.1 trillion yuan, up 4.3%. Private enterprises achieved import and export value of 21.4 trillion yuan, an increase of 12.9%, accounting for 50.9% of the total value, exceeding half for the first time.

在青岛三木水产公司，工人们正忙着装运出口印度尼西亚的冷冻大马哈鱼段。2023年开年，公司已凭RCEP原产地证书享受关税减让超过20万元。

At Qingdao Sanmu Aquatic Products Company, workers are busy loading frozen salmon segments for export to Indonesia. At the beginning of 2023, the company has enjoyed tariff concessions of over 200,000 yuan with RCEP certificates of origin.

青岛海关关税处处长毕海军表示："2022年全年，青岛海关共签发RCEP原产地证书8.3万份，出口享惠货值199.6亿元，可享受国外关税减让近2亿元。"

Bi Haijun, Director of the Tariff Department of Qingdao Customs, said: "In 2022, Qingdao Customs issued 83,000 RCEP certificates of origin, with export preferential goods value of 19.96 billion yuan, enjoying nearly 200 million yuan in foreign tariff concessions."

民营企业成为外贸"稳定器"

在广州国光电器生产线上，工人们正在赶制出口东盟的蓝牙音箱。公司研发总监黄汉雄介绍："我们出口东盟产品已超3亿元，同比增长1.3倍。"

On the production line of Guangzhou Guoguang Electric, workers are rushing to produce Bluetooth speakers for export to ASEAN. Huang Hanxiong, R&D Director of the company, said: "Our exports to ASEAN have exceeded 300 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.3 times."

数据显示，2022年我国有进出口实绩的民营外贸企业51万家，进出口值达到21.4万亿元，对我国外贸增长的贡献率达80.8%。

Data shows that in 2022, there were 510,000 private foreign trade enterprises with actual import and export performance in China, with import and export value reaching 21.4 trillion yuan, contributing 80.8% to China's foreign trade growth.

自贸试验区引领高水平开放

在海南洋浦港，一批从巴西进口的黄大豆正在加工为食用油。海口海关数据显示，截至2022年底，海南加工增值内销免关税货值约26.8亿元，免税约2.2亿元。

At Yangpu Port in Hainan, a batch of yellow soybeans imported from Brazil are being processed into edible oil. According to Haikou Customs data, by the end of 2022, the value of processed added-value domestic sales exempt from tariffs in Hainan was about 2.68 billion yuan, with tax exemptions of about 220 million yuan.

目前全国21个自贸试验区以不到全国千分之四的国土面积，贡献了全国17.3%的进出口额，吸收外资占到全国的18.5%。

Currently, 21 pilot free trade zones in China, accounting for less than 0.4% of the country's land area, contribute 17.3% of the nation's total import and export value and absorb 18.5% of the country's foreign investment.
