跨境电商六年两番增长目标：浙江引领全国外贸新业态发展
随着全球化和数字化的深入发展，跨境电商已成为推动全球经济增长的新引擎。作为我国发展最快的外贸新业态，跨境电商正展现出惊人的增长潜力。
With the deepening of globalization and digitalization, cross-border e-commerce has become a new engine driving global economic growth. As China's fastest-growing foreign trade model, it demonstrates remarkable growth potential.
浙江省最新发布的行动计划提出：到2027年跨境电商规模较2024年翻一番，2030年较2027年再翻一番。2023年，浙江跨境电商进出口额达5129.3亿元，同比增长18.9%，占全国比重超五分之一。
Zhejiang Province's latest action plan aims to: double cross-border e-commerce scale by 2027 compared to 2024, and double again by 2030. In 2023, Zhejiang's cross-border e-commerce import/export volume reached 512.93 billion yuan, up 18.9% year-on-year, accounting for over 20% of the national total.
全国跨境电商呈现爆发式增长：
Explosive growth nationwide:
- 广东：跨境电商进出口8年年均增速达71.4%
- Guangdong: 71.4% average annual growth over 8 years
- 深圳：2023年上半年同比增长130%
- Shenzhen: 130% year-on-year growth in H1 2023
- 山东：跨境电商占比从2020年0.6%提升至6.8%
- Shandong: Share rose from 0.6% in 2020 to 6.8%
- 苏州：近3年年均增速超40%
- Suzhou: Over 40% average annual growth in 3 years
"跨境电商的快速增长是中国外贸发展新优势的折射"，北京第二外国语学院罗立彬教授指出。数字平台将中国国内分工细化的优势传递到全球，成为连接国内产业带与国外市场的重要桥梁。
"The rapid growth reflects China's new advantages in foreign trade", said Professor Luo Libin. Digital platforms transmit China's specialization advantages globally, becoming vital bridges connecting domestic industrial clusters with international markets.
政策支持与国际合作是世界互联网大会秘书长任贤良强调的发展关键。我国不断扩大"丝路电商"朋友圈，推动RCEP落地实施，为跨境电商创造良好国际环境。
Policy support and international cooperation are key drivers, emphasized Ren Xianliang. China continues expanding its "Digital Silk Road" network and implements RCEP, creating favorable conditions for cross-border e-commerce.
