从俄乌冲突发展的节点上来看，美国想往中国头上泼"军援"的脏水，从2022年就已经开始了。当时西方在对俄罗斯启动空前规模制裁的情况下，也提前设好了"红线"。

欧盟的全面制裁/EU's Comprehensive Sanctions
今年11月欧盟以毫无证据的"中俄联手开设军用无人机工厂"为借口，多国外长闭门开会。期间各方基本上同意对中国采取更加激烈的手段，包括首次对华实体和个人进行"全面制裁"。
In November, using the baseless accusation of "China-Russia joint military drone factories" as pretext, EU foreign ministers held closed-door meetings where they agreed to implement harsher measures against China, including the first-ever "comprehensive sanctions" on Chinese entities and individuals.
耿爽的三轮反击/Geng Shuang's Three-Round Rebuttal
面对此举，中国代表耿爽进行三轮发言予以驳斥。不仅指出西方推动这场战争的恶劣企图，也有力反击了他们想将中国拉入利益方，迫使中国不得不做出"选择"的阴谋。
Chinese representative Geng Shuang delivered a three-round rebuttal, exposing the West's malicious attempts to prolong the war while firmly countering their scheme to drag China into the conflict and force it to take sides.
俄罗斯的反击/Russia's Counterattack
与此同时俄罗斯也转守为攻，宣布马上推动安理会召开"向乌克兰提供武器"为主题的会议。毕竟美国向交战国提供大量装备徒增伤亡，又没有如他们所说的阻止战争，那么责任到底该由谁来负？
Meanwhile, Russia switched to offense, announcing plans to convene a UN Security Council meeting on "weapons supplies to Ukraine". With America flooding the conflict zone with weapons while failing to stop the war as promised, the question remains: who should be held accountable?
