1. 专人负责砂浆配制：必须由专业人员操作以确保搅拌质量。

2. 开桶搅拌：逆时针旋转打开桶盖，使用搅拌器充分搅拌粘结剂，避免分离现象。
2. Barrel Opening and Mixing: Open the barrel counterclockwise and mix the adhesive thoroughly to prevent separation.
3. 配比标准：KL粘结剂:425#硫铝酸盐水泥:砂子(18目筛)=1:1.88:3.25（重量比）。
3. Mixing Ratio: KL adhesive : 425# sulphoaluminate cement : sand (18-mesh sieve) = 1:1.88:3.25 (by weight).

4. 混合搅拌：先将水泥和砂子混合，再加入粘结剂均匀搅拌，呈粥状稠度。
4. Mixing Procedure: First blend cement and sand, then add adhesive and mix thoroughly to achieve porridge-like consistency.
5. 网格布处理：按需裁剪网格布，保留搭接长度，禁止折叠踩踏。
5. Mesh Handling: Cut mesh to required size with overlap allowance, never fold or step on it.
6. 特殊部位加强：阳角处内侧做150mm加强层，门窗周边需特殊处理。

7. 砂浆涂抹：先在EPS板面刮2mm厚砂浆，面积略大于网格布。

后期处理与养护

10. 保护措施：施工后4小时防雨淋，易碰撞部位需特别防护。

11. 养护标准：气温＞15℃时养护≥48小时，＜15℃时≥72小时。
