一带一路市场成吉林外贸增长引擎 机电产品进出口表现亮眼
中新网长春12月26日电 - 吉林省商务厅最新数据显示，今年1-11月该省外贸进出口总值达1622.6亿元，同比增长8.1%，增速高出全国平均水平3.2个百分点。其中，对"一带一路"共建国家进出口892亿元，同比大幅增长13.3%，成为推动外贸增长的主要动力。
China News Service, Changchun, Dec. 26 - According to the latest data from Jilin Provincial Department of Commerce, the province's total foreign trade import and export value reached 162.26 billion yuan from January to November, a year-on-year increase of 8.1%, 3.2 percentage points higher than the national average. Notably, trade with Belt and Road partner countries reached 89.2 billion yuan, surging 13.3% year-on-year, becoming the main driver of foreign trade growth.
吉林省商务厅副厅长张贵刚在新闻发布会上介绍，除"一带一路"市场外，该省对RCEP国家进出口226.8亿元（增长14.9%），其中对东盟十国进出口110.3亿元（激增39.2%），呈现全面开花态势。
Vice Director Zhang Guigang of Jilin Provincial Department of Commerce revealed at the press conference that besides Belt and Road markets, the province's trade with RCEP countries reached 22.68 billion yuan (up 14.9%), including 11.03 billion yuan with ASEAN countries (soaring 39.2%), showing comprehensive growth across multiple markets.
机电产品领跑进出口：出口方面，机电产品出口357.2亿元（增长6.5%）；进口方面，机电产品进口804.5亿元（增长13.7%），其中汽车零配件进口288.6亿元（猛增28%）。这充分体现了吉林作为东北老工业基地的制造优势。
Electromechanical products lead import/export growth: On the export side, electromechanical products reached 35.72 billion yuan (up 6.5%); imports totaled 80.45 billion yuan (up 13.7%), including 28.86 billion yuan in auto parts (jumping 28%). This fully demonstrates Jilin's manufacturing advantages as an old industrial base in Northeast China.
吉林省拥有发达的加工制造业，在汽车和高铁制造领域处于世界领先地位，农业和医药产业也在全国占据重要位置。目前，该省正积极推动与非洲国家在中重卡车、水利工程、农业示范、生物医药等领域的投资合作。
With developed processing and manufacturing industries, Jilin leads the world in automobile and high-speed rail manufacturing, while its agriculture and pharmaceutical industries also hold important positions nationally. Currently, the province is actively promoting investment cooperation with African countries in medium/heavy trucks, water conservancy projects, agricultural demonstration, and biomedicine.
张贵刚表示，吉林省将继续强化区域市场开拓，组织企业参加专业展会，重点开发"一带一路"和RCEP新兴市场，全力扩大外贸规模。这一战略将进一步提升吉林在东北亚经济圈中的枢纽地位。
Zhang Guigang stated that Jilin will continue to strengthen regional market development, organize enterprise participation in professional exhibitions, with focus on Belt and Road and RCEP emerging markets, to fully expand foreign trade scale. This strategy will further enhance Jilin's hub status in the Northeast Asian economic circle.
