5月23日，华登（河源）玩具有限公司车间呈现一派繁忙景象，工人们正将精美的儿童汽车、玩偶等玩具打包封装。这批产品将在数小时后运往深圳港口，赶在六一儿童节前分销全球。
On May 23, the workshop of Walden (Heyuan) Toys Co., Ltd. was bustling with activity as workers packed and sealed exquisite toy cars and dolls. These products will be shipped to Shenzhen port within hours, destined for global distribution before Children's Day.
产业优势与市场表现 | Industrial Advantages and Market Performance
作为河源优势产业，当地现有11家加工贸易玩具企业，主要出口塑胶玩偶、锌合金玩具车等产品，长期受到美日韩等国儿童喜爱。2023年1-4月，河源玩具出口达4.5亿元，同比增长8.4%。
As a key industry in Heyuan, the region currently has 11 toy manufacturing enterprises exporting plastic dolls, zinc alloy toy cars and other products popular among children in the US, Japan and South Korea. From January to April 2023, Heyuan's toy exports reached 450 million yuan, up 8.4% year-on-year.
RCEP政策红利释放 | RCEP Policy Dividends
河源海关积极引导企业运用RCEP协定，目前已有8家企业获得经核准出口商资格。1-4月共签发玩具类原产地证书392份，为企业减免进口国税款约260万元。
Heyuan Customs has guided enterprises to utilize RCEP benefits, with 8 companies now obtaining approved exporter status. From January to April, 392 certificates of origin were issued for toys, saving enterprises about 2.6 million yuan in import taxes.
企业获得感显著提升 | Enhanced Benefits for Enterprises
"获得RCEP经核准出口商资格后，我们可自主出具原产地声明，通关效率提升30%，一季度进出口增长19.3%。"华登玩具报关经理邱广红表示。
"After becoming RCEP approved exporters, we can issue origin declarations independently with 30% faster clearance. Our Q1 import/export grew 19.3%," said Qiu Guanghong, customs manager of Walden Toys.
AEO认证创造价值 | AEO Certification Adds Value
河源海关已培育6家玩具类高级认证企业。华康塑胶成为AEO企业后，年省担保金超100万元，并获得更多优质订单。"这块金字招牌让我们信心倍增，"副总经理张新说。
Heyuan Customs has nurtured 6 AEO-certified toy enterprises. Huakang Plastics saves over 1 million yuan annually in guarantees after certification. "This golden招牌 boosts our confidence," said VP Zhang Xin.

今年以来，河源海关开展企业调研20余次，在通关便利、质量检测等方面持续发力，助力玩具产业高质量发展。
This year, Heyuan Customs has conducted over 20 enterprise surveys, improving clearance efficiency and quality inspection to support industry development.
