According to China's General Administration of Customs, China's textile and apparel exports in September reached $26.2 billion, representing a 4.8% year-on-year decrease - but with the decline narrowing by 3.6 percentage points compared to previous months, indicating clear market recovery.

安徽省服装进出口股份有限公司周成功经理表示:"本届客流量明显回升,主要来自俄罗斯和南美地区。许多采购商已经开始为明年秋冬季节下订单。"该公司前三季度出口量与去年同期持平,其中对美国和南美市场出口实现增长。
Emerging Market Focus
The analysis from the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Textiles shows China's apparel export markets undergoing structural adjustments. While exports to traditional markets like the US, EU and Japan continue to decline, shipments to emerging markets including ASEAN, South Korea, Russia, Central Asia and Africa maintain growth momentum.

"Our gold foil and metallic yarn innovations lead market trends," said the company representative, highlighting their 100-person design team that creates region-specific patterns.
