近段时间，受国内外贸易环境变化以及新冠肺炎疫情影响，部分行业出现了一些订单流出和产业外迁的迹象，这种变动符合经济规律，不会影响我国在全球产业链供应链中的地位。
Recently, affected by changes in domestic and foreign trade environment and the COVID-19 pandemic, some industries have shown signs of order outflow and industrial relocation. These changes comply with economic laws and won't affect China's position in global industrial and supply chains.
订单回流再流出规模可控
Controllable scale of re-outflowing orders
今年以来，随着周边国家生产端的逐步恢复，去年回流到国内的部分外贸订单再次流出。商务部表示，回流订单流出的规模是可控的、影响是有限的。
This year, with gradual recovery of production in neighboring countries, some foreign trade orders that returned to China last year have flowed out again. The Ministry of Commerce stated that the scale of re-outflowing orders is controllable with limited impact.

前5个月外贸进出口实现了稳定增长，其中5月当月进出口同比、环比分别增长9.6%和9.2%，全年外贸保稳提质基础进一步巩固。
Foreign trade import and export achieved steady growth in the first five months, with May figures increasing by 9.6% year-on-year and 9.2% month-on-month respectively, further consolidating the foundation for stable and quality foreign trade throughout the year.
