IT之家5月24日消息 - 据外媒报道，全球流行的即时通讯应用WhatsApp终于开始支持QR Code二维码功能。目前该功能已在iOS和安卓平台的WhatsApp Beta测试版中推出。
WhatsApp has reportedly been developing this QR code feature for over a year, which will provide fully encrypted conversations for users. 据悉，WhatsApp开发这一二维码功能已耗时一年多，将为用户对话提供完全加密保护。
用户现在可以生成专属二维码并与朋友共享，对方只需扫描二维码即可加入聊天。WhatsApp还在相机应用中添加了专门的扫描功能。
