外贸信托公司待遇与谷歌推广趋势 | 瓷砖行业国际贸易壁垒分析

为更好地维护应诉企业利益，助力企业克服国际贸易壁垒，近日，国家市场监管总局及总局标准审评中心、广东省 WTO/TBT 通报咨询研究中心等单位的相关负责人、业内专家来到广东佛山，走进广东简一（集团）陶瓷有限公司调研，并与简一集团等佛山代表性陶瓷企业展开座谈。
To better protect the interests of responding enterprises and help them overcome international trade barriers, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), along with experts from the Standards Review Center and Guangdong WTO/TBT Notification and Consultation Research Center, recently visited Foshan, Guangdong. They conducted research at Guangdong GANI (Group) Ceramics Co., Ltd. and held discussions with representative ceramic enterprises in Foshan.
陶企出海成本激增 | Surging Costs for Ceramic Enterprises Going Global

2023年3月，印度尼西亚对中国瓷砖发起反倾销调查，最终裁定税率高达100.12%~199.88%，这将严重影响中国陶瓷出口。佛山作为中国重要陶瓷出口基地，可能因此失去约4.2亿美元的印尼市场。
In March 2023, Indonesia launched an anti-dumping investigation against Chinese ceramic tiles, with final tariff rates ranging from 100.12% to 199.88%. This will severely impact China's ceramic exports. Foshan, a major ceramic export hub, could lose approximately $420 million in the Indonesian market.
鼓励企业抱团积极应诉 | Encouraging Collective Response from Enterprises
国家市场监管总局国际司原副司长韩建平表示，企业应加强自身能力建设，提升产品质量和技术水平，同时借助专业机构应对贸易壁垒。
Han Jianping, former Deputy Director-General of the International Department of SAMR, stated that enterprises should enhance their capabilities, improve product quality and technological standards, and seek professional assistance to tackle trade barriers.
广东省WTO/TBT通报咨询研究中心主任陈权指出，积极应诉的企业80%~90%能取得较好结果，如降低关税或减少罚款。因此，鼓励企业联合应对印尼反倾销案。
Chen Quan, Director of Guangdong WTO/TBT Notification and Consultation Research Center, noted that 80%-90% of enterprises that actively respond achieve favorable outcomes, such as reduced tariffs or penalties. Thus, collective action is encouraged for the Indonesia anti-dumping case.
数字化转型与高端路线 | Digital Transformation and High-End Strategy
广东陶瓷协会会长陈环建议企业将压力转化为动力，推动转型升级，走中高端发展路线。中国人民大学教授王胜开强调，数字经济为陶瓷行业带来新机遇，应加快数字化转型。
Chen Huan, President of Guangdong Ceramics Association, advised enterprises to turn pressure into motivation by upgrading and adopting a high-end development strategy. Professor Wang Shengkai highlighted the opportunities brought by the digital economy, urging faster digital transformation in the ceramic industry.
