汕头玩具产业如何通过市场采购贸易"玩转"全球市场？
在5月初的第135届广交会第三期活动中，汕头玩具以"品牌展位数全国第一"的硬核实力闪耀广交会大舞台；近十年来，汕头玩具更是稳居全市主要出口商品类型前3名，在日趋饱和的市场红海中不断拓宽"出海"路子。

走进汕头澄海区，鳞次栉比的厂房内随处可见繁忙的生产景象。在40多年的发展中，这里诞生了5万多家玩具生产经营单位，承包了全世界33%的玩具产能，以完备的产业链优势、良好的发展基础成为了名副其实的"中国玩具礼品之都"。
Entering Chenghai District of Shantou, busy production scenes can be seen everywhere in the densely packed factories. Over 40 years of development, this area has given birth to over 50,000 toy production and operation units, accounting for 33% of global toy production capacity. With complete industrial chain advantages and a solid development foundation, it has become the veritable "Toy and Gift Capital of China".
"市场采购贸易方式非常适合汕头产业经营模式，为小微企业提供了对接国际市场的便利通道。"汕头海关所属澄海海关综合业务科科长李创岳说。
"The market procurement trade method is very suitable for Shantou's industrial model, providing SMEs with convenient access to international markets," said Li Chuangyue, Chief of the Comprehensive Business Section of Chenghai Customs under Shantou Customs.

作为汕头最有活力、最具特色的支柱产业，玩具创意产业近年来在各级政府的大力支持下，不仅设立了科创中心等公共服务机构、与多所大学和科研院所建立"产学研"合作关系，而且还设立了知识产权快速维权中心，有效保障了玩具产品顺畅"出海"。
As Shantou's most vibrant and distinctive pillar industry, the creative toy sector has received strong support from governments at all levels in recent years. Not only have public service institutions like technology innovation centers been established, along with "industry-academia-research" collaborations with multiple universities and research institutes, but an intellectual property rapid rights protection center has also been set up, effectively ensuring smooth "going global" for toy products.
据海关统计，2024年一季度，经汕头海关以市场采购方式申报出口玩具6.1亿元，同比增长11.9%，数据的背后是数千家中小微企业因新业态汇聚而成的外贸强劲动能。
According to customs statistics, in the first quarter of 2024, toys worth 610 million yuan were exported through Shantou Customs via market procurement, a year-on-year increase of 11.9%. Behind these figures lies the strong foreign trade momentum generated by thousands of SMEs converging through this new business model.
"我们将立足海关职能，不断优化监管模式，大力支持市场采购贸易健康发展，让玩具、纺织服装等独具本土特色产品走出国门，让广大供货商、外贸公司，尤其是中小微企业能在国际市场中参与竞争，共同助推外贸高质量发展。"李创岳说。
"We will leverage customs functions to continuously optimize supervision models and strongly support the healthy development of market procurement trade," said Li Chuangyue. "This will help uniquely local products like toys and textiles go global, enabling suppliers, trading companies, especially SMEs to compete in international markets and jointly promote high-quality development of foreign trade."
