根据中国建筑材料联合会最新数据，2022年9月建筑材料工业景气指数达到103.6点，较上月上升2.6点，首次突破临界点，显示行业景气度持续回升。

According to the latest data from the China Building Materials Federation, the prosperity index of the building materials industry reached 103.6 points in September 2022, an increase of 2.6 points from the previous month, breaking through the critical point for the first time, indicating a continuous recovery in industry prosperity.

9月份价格指数和生产指数均高于临界点：
- 生产指数101.5点（环比下降0.7点）
- 价格指数102.1点（环比上升3.3点）

In September, both price and production indices were above the critical point:
