10月中国外贸出口超预期增长 全年质升量稳目标可期

China's October Exports Surpass Expectations, Annual Trade Targets Within Reach

最新数据显示，中国10月外贸出口表现亮眼，增速远超市场预期。海关总署11月7日公布，10月我国进出口总值达3.7万亿元，同比增长4.6%。其中，出口2.19万亿元，增长11.2%；进口1.51万亿元，下降3.7%。

Latest data shows China's foreign trade exports performed remarkably well in October, with growth far exceeding market expectations. According to the General Administration of Customs on November 7, China's total import and export value reached 3.7 trillion yuan in October, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%. Exports were 2.19 trillion yuan, up 11.2%; imports were 1.51 trillion yuan, down 3.7%.

今年前10个月，我国货物贸易进出口总值36.02万亿元，同比增长5.2%。其中，出口20.8万亿元，增长6.7%；进口15.22万亿元，增长3.2%。海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示，我国外贸规模持续扩大、结构不断优化，全年外贸质升量稳目标可望实现。

In the first 10 months of this year, China's total goods import and export value reached 36.02 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.2%. Exports were 20.8 trillion yuan, up 6.7%; imports were 15.22 trillion yuan, up 3.2%. Lv Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis of the General Administration of Customs, said China's foreign trade scale continues to expand and its structure continues to optimize, and the goal of improving quality and stabilizing quantity for the whole year is expected to be achieved.

区域贸易亮点：东盟仍是我国第一大贸易伙伴。前10个月，我国与东盟贸易总值5.67万亿元，增长12.5%。对欧盟、美国出口分别增长3.5%和4.9%。对"一带一路"国家进出口增长6.2%。

Regional trade highlights: ASEAN remains China's largest trading partner. In the first 10 months, trade between China and ASEAN reached 5.67 trillion yuan, up 12.5%. Exports to the EU and the US increased by 3.5% and 4.9% respectively. Imports and exports to Belt and Road countries grew by 6.2%.

产品结构优化：机电产品出口占比59.4%，其中汽车出口增长20%（前10个月）。船舶出口表现尤为突出，同比增长74.9%。中国在全球新船订单市场份额达69%，位居世界第一。

Product structure optimization: Mechanical and electrical products accounted for 59.4% of exports, with auto exports growing by 20% (first 10 months). Ship exports performed particularly well, up 74.9% year-on-year. China accounted for 69% of global new ship orders, ranking first in the world.

民营企业贡献突出：前10个月民营企业进出口增长9.3%，占比达55.1%，较去年同期提升2.1个百分点，成为外贸增长的重要引擎。

Outstanding contribution from private enterprises: In the first 10 months, imports and exports of private enterprises increased by 9.3%, accounting for 55.1%, up 2.1 percentage points year-on-year, becoming an important engine of foreign trade growth.
