四川夹江领跑川茶出口：标准化战略助力中国茶走向世界

3月24日，在四川某公司加工厂区内，一袋袋茶叶正被运上货车。这些茶叶将从成都国际铁路港，跨出国门，目的地的是乌兹别克斯坦。
On March 24, bags of tea were being loaded onto trucks at a processing plant in Sichuan. These teas will cross the border from Chengdu International Railway Port, with Uzbekistan as their destination.
标准化茶园推动产业升级 / Standardized Tea Plantations Drive Industry Upgrade
该公司董事长方义开表示："我现在手里有三个专列订单，出口4000吨绿茶，订单金额1.2亿。"近年来，夹江争创"全国绿茶出口第一县"。2021年4月9日，四川首趟茶叶专列满载着1250吨夹江"青衣江茶"开出国门。
Company chairman Fang Yikai said: "I currently have three special train orders to export 4,000 tons of green tea worth 120 million yuan." In recent years, Jiajiang has strived to become "China's No.1 green tea export county." On April 9, 2021, Sichuan's first tea-dedicated train loaded with 1,250 tons of Jiajiang "Qingyijiang Tea" went abroad.
双轨发展战略成效显著 / Dual-Track Development Strategy Shows Remarkable Results
夹江县农业农村局副局长李秀林介绍："夹江采用的'两条腿'走路的法子，事实证明，这条路走对了。"2021年，乐山市夹江县间接、自营出口茶产量3.5万吨，出口额达11.03亿元，出口量和出口额均居全省第一。
Li Xiulin, deputy director of Jiajiang County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, said: "Jiajiang adopted a 'two-pronged' approach, which has proven successful." In 2021, Jiajiang County exported 35,000 tons of tea worth 1.103 billion yuan, ranking first in Sichuan in both export volume and value.
欧盟标准助推品质提升 / EU Standards Drive Quality Improvement
为达到欧盟标准，夹江采用诱虫灯等替代传统化学防控措施，连间种的树种都特别挑选了病虫害少的红豆杉和桢楠。2021年完成低产低效茶园改造1.1万亩，良种率达到95%。
To meet EU standards, Jiajiang uses insect traps instead of traditional chemical control methods, even selecting pest-resistant trees like yew and nanmu for intercropping. In 2021, 11,000 acres of low-yield tea gardens were upgraded, with improved varieties reaching 95%.
技术规程保障国际竞争力 / Technical Regulations Ensure Global Competitiveness
2021年12月30日，乐山市发布《出口绿茶、眉茶生产加工技术规程》，由夹江县农业综合服务中心等单位共同起草。方义开表示："技术规程的制定，能让夹江茶在国际市场上走得更远。"
On December 30, 2021, Leshan City issued the "Technical Regulations for Production and Processing of Export Green Tea and Meicha", drafted by Jiajiang Agricultural Service Center. Fang Yikai said: "The technical regulations will help Jiajiang tea go further in the international market."
质量检测完善产业链 / Quality Testing Completes Industry Chain
李秀林透露："目前我们正在建立县级农产品质量安全检测室，预计5月份完工。检测室能对茶叶农残的绝大部分指标进行检测。"
Li Xiulin revealed: "We are currently building a county-level agricultural product quality testing lab, expected to complete in May. The lab can test most pesticide residue indicators in tea."
