谷歌云平台计划培训4000万云专家 全球客户体验投资加速
全球云计算市场竞争加剧,谷歌云平台近日宣布将大力投资全球客户体验建设。据TechTarget 2月11日报道,这一战略计划包括开设新办公室、扩建培训实验室以及组建专业服务团队。
人工智能成为核心战略。谷歌Cloud客户体验副总裁John Jester强调:"AI是用户在云端构建新产品、业务和体验的核心。我们计划在谷歌云平台上培训4000万名专业人员。"
"Every conversation with customers and partners shows there aren't enough cloud experts worldwide to support this massive migration wave," said John Jester, VP of Customer Experience at Google Cloud.
全球布局加速。投资计划包括在阿根廷、波兰、印度、墨西哥和葡萄牙新建或扩建办事处。同时,谷歌还从埃森哲挖来了资深专家Lee Moore和Sunil Rao,分别负责客户体验和客户成功团队。
The expansion includes new or expanded offices in Argentina, Poland, India, Mexico and Portugal. Accenture veterans Lee Moore and Sunil Rao will join Google's customer experience and success teams.
