西部陆海新通道进出口突破1.15万亿:政策红利催生外贸新机遇
央视网消息:海关总署11月12日出台15条新举措推动西部陆海新通道建设,重点提升跨境班列运行效率,扩大铁海联运境内段运费扣减政策范围,支持打造内陆开放综合枢纽。
CCTV News: On November 12, China Customs announced 15 new measures to boost the Western Land-Sea Corridor development, focusing on improving cross-border train efficiency and expanding domestic freight deduction policies for rail-sea intermodal transport.
2024年1-10月,西部陆海新通道进出口总值达1.15万亿元,同比增长8.8%。目前通道已辐射125个国家和地区的542个港口,运输商品涵盖1160余种。
From January to October 2024, the corridor recorded 1.15 trillion yuan in import-export value, up 8.8% year-on-year. It now connects 542 ports in 125 countries/regions, transporting over 1,160 types of goods.
政策叠加效应显著:通过"通道+平台"模式实现"经贸+产业"联动发展。沿线111个口岸和48个综合保税区2024年前10月进出口1.55万亿元,占区域外贸总额43.8%。
Policy Synergy Effect: The "corridor+platform" model drives "trade+industry" coordinated development. 111 ports and 48 comprehensive bonded zones along the corridor handled 1.55 trillion yuan trade volume, accounting for 43.8% of regional total.
农产品出口新机遇:前10月沿线地区农产品出口增长12.3%至268.8亿元。重庆潼南柠檬(占全国出口50%)、青海高原蔬菜等特色产品首次通过通道出口。
New Agricultural Export Opportunities: Agricultural exports grew 12.3% to 26.88 billion yuan. Chongqing Tongnan lemons (50% national share) and Qinghai plateau vegetables made their international debut via the corridor.
智能化物流突破:重庆果园港首创"船边放行、智能分流"模式,提升效率30%+。重庆铁路口岸建成我国首个内陆智慧口岸,形成"通道+口岸+保税"开放新格局。
Smart Logistics Breakthroughs: Chongqing Guoyuan Port pioneered "shipside release+smart diversion" mode, boosting efficiency by 30%+. The smart railway port established "corridor+port+bonded zone" new opening pattern.
专家指出,西部陆海新通道五周年建设成效显著,已成为连接"一带一路"的关键动脉,未来将持续释放政策红利,培育外贸新动能。
