"Open a cross-border e-commerce store for 0 yuan without inventory, just move your fingers to make money!" Would you believe such a "tempting" advertisement? Beware, this is not a "pie in the sky" but scammers targeting your wallet!
10月中旬，家住杭州上城的王女士（化名）浏览微博时看到一则介绍跨境电商的广告。想有个"副业"的她当即联系了发布广告的人。对方自称是电商公司的工作人员，公司准备发展"TikTok"跨境电商业务，现在可以免费提供培训，无需王女士出钱囤货，便能轻松开启"跨境网店"赚钱。
In mid-October, Ms. Wang (pseudonym) from Hangzhou's Shangcheng District saw an advertisement introducing cross-border e-commerce while browsing Weibo. Wanting a "side job", she immediately contacted the advertiser. The other party claimed to be staff of an e-commerce company developing "TikTok" cross-border business, offering free training to easily open a "cross-border store" without investment or inventory.

王女士并未怀疑，通过对方发来的网址进行了一系列"注册流程"。对方告诉她，要是有人下单，只需她在供应商网站按成本价购买，再复制订单号到商铺网址，公司便会安排发货。成本价与购买价的差值就是她的收益。
Without suspicion, Ms. Wang completed the "registration process" via the provided link. She was told that for any orders, she just needed to purchase at cost price from a supplier website, then copy the order number to the store link, and the company would arrange shipment. The difference between cost and selling price would be her profit.
王女士的店铺陆续收到了几单"生意"，总价值约55美元。她准备去供应商网站上操作，却发现自己无法付钱购买货物。询问工作人员后，她被告知需要把钱打到指定账户才能在网站上获得资金购买货物。
Ms. Wang's store received several "orders" totaling about $55. When she tried to purchase from the supplier site, she found she couldn't pay. The "staff" then told her to transfer money to a designated account to "fund" the purchases.
这番操作让王女士起了疑心，仔细查看对方提供的账户发现了异常："那个账户是个私人账户，感觉问题很大"。意识到自己可能遭遇了骗子，王女士立即拨打了110求助。
This raised her suspicion. Upon checking the account details, she noticed irregularities: "That account was a personal account, which seemed very problematic." Realizing it might be a scam, she immediately called 110 for help.
了解情况后，闸弄口派出所民警罗伟强立即拿过手机进行检查，所幸王女士并未遭受损失。罗伟强对她说道："这是典型的'跨境电商'诈骗，网站是骗子专门建立的，你收到的'订单'也都是假的！"
After understanding the situation, Officer Luo Weiqiang from Zhalongkou Police Station immediately examined her phone. Fortunately, no loss occurred. Officer Luo explained: "This is a typical 'cross-border e-commerce' scam. The website was specially set up by scammers, and all your 'orders' were fake!"
罗伟强向王女士进行了反诈宣传，王女士终于恍然大悟。罗伟强继续说道："不用成本就能赚钱，天底下哪有这种好事，都是骗子的手段！"王女士向民警表示了感谢。
After anti-fraud education from Officer Luo, Ms. Wang finally understood. Luo added: "Making money without investment? There's no such thing - it's all scammers' tricks!" Ms. Wang expressed her gratitude.
上城警方提醒：创业投资有风险，务必警惕所有宣称"低投入，高回报""保证盈利"的项目。选择跨境电商平台时，应尽可能通过官方渠道，仔细核实公司资质并签订正规合同。如遇可疑情形，请及时拨打110报警。
