大皖新闻讯 - "真没想到，你们这里种的白茶和我们安吉白茶还真是一个味儿！"来自"中国白茶第一村"浙江安吉县黄杜村的制茶技术人员惊叹道。三年前，定远县能仁乡凉亭村与黄杜村建立合作关系后，安吉白茶便在这片土地上"安家落户"。如今，凉亭村的白茶供不应求，发展势头强劲，数千亩曾经的荒山也因此变成了抢手的"金山银山"。

Dawan News - "I never expected the white tea grown here to taste exactly the same as our Anji white tea!" exclaimed a tea-making technician from Huangdu Village in Anji County, Zhejiang, known as "China's First White Tea Village." Three years after establishing cooperation between Liangting Village in Nengren Township, Dingyuan County and Huangdu Village, Anji white tea has taken root here. Today, the white tea from Liangting Village is in such high demand that supply falls short, transforming thousands of acres of previously neglected barren mountains into coveted "gold and silver mountains."

大胆尝试：荒山变茶园

7月12日上午，记者来到定远县能仁乡凉亭村的长龙山，见到了正在茶场忙碌的王祥路。这个被烈日晒得黝黑的汉子脚下是一行行长势茂盛的茶树，茶垄间堆着整理茶山时捡出的碎石。

On the morning of July 12th, reporters visited Changlong Mountain in Liangting Village, Nengren Township, Dingyuan County, where they met Wang Xianglu busy working in the tea field. Under the scorching sun, this tanned man stood among rows of lush tea plants, with piles of gravel collected during mountain clearing scattered between the tea ridges.

能仁乡党委副书记叶俊介绍，王祥路是第一个在这片荒山上成功种植安吉白茶的"吃螃蟹者"。2019年，王祥路结识了浙江安吉黄杜村的茶农朋友，发现两地地形地貌相似。经县农技部门化验，当地土质与黄杜村相似度达95%以上。

Ye Jun, Deputy Party Secretary of Nengren Township, introduced Wang as the first "crab eater" to successfully grow Anji white tea on these barren mountains. In 2019, Wang befriended tea farmers from Huangdu Village in Anji, Zhejiang, discovering similar terrain between the two areas. County agricultural tests showed over 95% similarity in soil composition with Huangdu Village.

王祥路当即投入全部积蓄，开荒种植，每年从安吉引进10余万株茶苗。如今他的茶山已发展到160余亩，茶叶供不应求。更令人欣喜的是，原本反对的家人现在全力支持，儿子甚至放弃外地工作专门学习种茶制茶技术。

Wang immediately invested all his savings to clear wasteland for planting, importing over 100,000 tea seedlings annually from Anji. Today, his tea plantation has expanded to more than 160 acres, with demand outstripping supply. More encouragingly, his initially opposed family now fully supports the venture, with his son even giving up city jobs to specialize in tea cultivation and processing techniques.

产业振兴：白茶带动乡村发展

Industrial Revitalization: White Tea Driving Rural Development

能仁乡党委书记郭庆介绍，该乡2022年组织30人赴浙江安吉考察学习后，确立了"学浙江、提能力、促振兴"的发展方略，决定以白茶产业为突破口。目前全乡已种植近500亩白茶，秋季将再增500亩，预计2025年达4000亩左右。

Guo Qing, Party Secretary of Nengren Township, explained that after organizing a 30-person study tour to Anji, Zhejiang in 2022, the township established a development strategy of "Learning from Zhejiang, Enhancing Capabilities, Promoting Revitalization," deciding to make white tea industry the breakthrough point. Currently, nearly 500 acres of white tea have been planted township-wide, with another 500 acres to be added this autumn, projected to reach about 4,000 acres by 2025.

为鼓励种植，乡政府出台多项激励政策：按种植面积给予每亩400-800元奖补，200亩以上配套水电路设施。凉亭村与安吉黄杜村建立"白茶跨区域协作联盟"，定期邀请专家指导种植技术。

To encourage cultivation, the township government introduced multiple incentive policies: providing subsidies of 400-800 yuan per acre based on planting area, with water, electricity, and road infrastructure for plots over 200 acres. Liangting Village established a "Cross-Regional White Tea Cooperation Alliance" with Huangdu Village in Anji, regularly inviting experts to provide cultivation guidance.

经安徽省农科院检测，能仁乡白茶氨基酸和茶多酚含量均达优质标准，售价每斤800-1300元，亩均收入4000元。围绕茶产业链，能仁乡还成功引进安徽足乐集团特斯卡鞋业等企业，预计年产值将达6亿元。

Tests by Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences show Nengren's white tea meets premium standards in amino acid and polyphenol content, selling for 800-1,300 yuan per jin (500g), with per-acre income reaching 4,000 yuan. Centering on the tea industry chain, Nengren has successfully attracted enterprises like Anhui Zule Group's Tesca Footwear, with projected annual output value reaching 600 million yuan.

跨省协作：探索乡村振兴新路径

近年来，定远县积极践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念，县委书记邹军亲自带队赴浙江7地考察学习乡村振兴经验。能仁乡7个村与浙江3县7个村建立合作联动，学习先进发展理念。

In recent years, Dingyuan County has actively practiced the concept that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets." County Party Secretary Zou Jun personally led delegations to study rural revitalization experiences in seven Zhejiang locations. Seven villages in Nengren established cooperative relationships with seven villages across three Zhejiang counties, learning advanced development concepts.

凉亭村学习黄杜村白茶生态产业理念，绿化村借鉴生活垃圾分类经验，朱程村学习"枫桥经验"，形成"一户一处景、一村一幅画"的发展格局。2022年，全县村级集体经济增收约1500万元，收入超50万元的村达120个。

Liangting Village learned ecological tea industry concepts from Huangdu Village, Lühua Village adopted waste classification methods, and Zhucheng Village studied the "Fengqiao Experience" in grassroots governance, forming a development pattern of "each household a scene, each village a painting." In 2022, the county's collective rural economy grew by approximately 15 million yuan, with 120 villages exceeding 500,000 yuan in income.

定远县"村企社户"联动推进美丽乡村建设的做法，更入选2022年度长三角地区林长制改革十大案例，为乡村振兴提供了可复制的成功经验。

Dingyuan's approach of "village-enterprise-community-household" collaboration to promote beautiful countryside construction was selected as one of the Top Ten Cases of Forest Chief System Reform in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2022, providing replicable successful experiences for rural revitalization.
