During the Enping group discussion, representatives from the electro-acoustic industry proposed suggestions including lowering the threshold for talent policies and establishing R&D centers. Secretary Lin Yingwu responded: "The government can provide supporting policies, but enterprises should play a leading role and make good use of Enping's Feng Ru spirit - the spirit of reform and innovation - to strive to become national leaders."
医联体建设：多条腿走路 创新服务模式

针对台山市中医院院长提出的医联体建设问题，林书记建议"多条腿走路"："政府承担得起就由政府投；投资不起可以贷款；民营企业想参与也可以参与。"他强调要鼓励基层探索政府购买服务等新模式。
Regarding the medical consortium construction issues raised by the president of Taishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Secretary Lin suggested "taking multiple approaches": "If the government can afford it, the government will invest; if not, loans can be taken; private enterprises can also participate if they wish." He emphasized the need to encourage grassroots exploration of new models such as government-purchased services.

对于大广海湾开发，林书记表示要按照国家级定位进行策划，但必须引进高质量企业和合作单位："中型企业力量不足，不能衬起这块宝地。我们的眼界要高一些，发展起来才不会重复浪费。"
Regarding Daguangwan Bay development, Secretary Lin stated that planning should follow national-level positioning, but it is necessary to attract high-quality enterprises and partners: "Medium-sized enterprises lack sufficient strength and cannot do justice to this precious land. We need to aim higher to avoid repetitive construction and waste."
展望未来：做好"十三五" 迎接"十四五"腾飞

He predicted that after the efforts during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Jiangmen will achieve comprehensive takeoff during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
