跨境电商骗局警示：双十一期间警惕这5种诈骗手法
石嘴山一男子因轻信"跨境电商稳赚"骗局损失30万元

一年一度的"双十一"购物狂欢节来临之际，石嘴山市发生一起涉案金额达30万元的跨境电商诈骗案件。11月9日，平罗县一男子报警称，他接到陌生女子电话询问是否想做跨境电商生意。
As the annual Double 11 shopping festival approaches, a cross-border e-commerce fraud case involving 300,000 yuan occurred in Shizuishan City. On November 9, a man in Pingluo County reported that he received a call from a strange woman asking if he wanted to do cross-border e-commerce business.
受害人按照对方指示下载了富森管理有限公司软件、TikTokAPP和一个韩语版聊天软件，开始在平台上进行双十一前物品买卖操作。当有"买家"购物时，平台要求先将货款换成美元支付到平台内，待买家签收后退款。男子先后支付30万元后才发现被骗。
The victim downloaded Fusen Management Co., Ltd. software, TikTok APP and a Korean chat software as instructed, and began operating pre-Double 11 item trading on the platform. When "buyers" made purchases, the platform required payment to be converted into dollars and deposited into the platform first, promising refund after delivery. After paying 300,000 yuan in total, the man realized he was scammed.

01 虚假电商物流客服诈骗

02 预售商品诈骗

通过"预购""限时购"吸引消费者添加好友私下转款，或发送含木马链接的虚假促销信息。
Attracting consumers with "presale" or "limited-time offers" to add contacts for private transfers, or sending fake promotion messages with Trojan links.
03 虚假红包诈骗
03 Fake Red Packet Scam
制作山寨红包领取页面收集个人信息，要求输入手机号、银行账号等才能领取福利。
Creating fake red packet pages to collect personal information, requiring phone numbers and bank accounts to "claim benefits".
04 刷单返现诈骗
04 Brush Order Rebate Scam
以"提高店铺销量"为由招募刷单，首单小额返利后以各种理由拒不返款。

05 中奖免单诈骗

发送中奖短信诱导登录钓鱼网站或要求缴纳"公证费""保证金"等费用。
Sending prize-winning messages to induce logging into phishing sites or paying "notarization fees" or "deposits".
