上海 - 自2014年上海率先在全国开展国际贸易"单一窗口"试点以来，这一创新性贸易便利化平台已走过辉煌十年。据上海海关最新数据显示，目前上海国际贸易"单一窗口"已升级至3.0版本，形成16大功能模块、66项特色应用，累计服务企业超60万家，每年为贸易企业节省成本超过20亿元。
Shanghai - Since Shanghai pioneered the national pilot of the Single Window for International Trade in 2014, this innovative trade facilitation platform has achieved remarkable success over the past decade. According to the latest data from Shanghai Customs, the platform has now been upgraded to version 3.0, featuring 16 functional modules and 66 specialized applications, serving over 600,000 enterprises with annual cost savings exceeding 2 billion yuan.

随着上海邮轮经济强劲复苏，2024年3月上海港国际客运中心码头迎来6艘国际邮轮靠泊。"单一窗口"提供的"一体化、标准化、精细化、智能化"邮轮通关模式，实现了旅客"一码通关"和船供物资"无纸化申报"。
With the strong recovery of Shanghai's cruise economy, the Shanghai Port International Passenger Terminal welcomed six international cruise ships in March 2024. The Single Window's "integrated, standardized, refined and intelligent" clearance model has enabled "one-code clearance" for passengers and "paperless declaration" for ship supplies.
在中欧班列方面，"单一窗口"上线了服务专区，通过线上协同作业平台将工作效率提升50%，有力支持了"上海号"中欧班列的发展。
For the China-Europe Railway Express, the Single Window has launched a dedicated service zone, improving work efficiency by 50% through its online collaboration platform, strongly supporting the development of the "Shanghai Express" China-Europe freight train service.
智能功能提升通关效率
Smart Features Enhance Clearance Efficiency
上海汽车国际商贸有限公司单证主管姜毅表示："通过'单一窗口'原产地证书模块，我们实现了从申领到打印的全流程线上办理，大部分证书可实现秒审，RCEP等证书还能自助打印。"2024年前两个月，该公司已通过该平台申领484份原产地证书，涉及货值约4亿美元。
Jiang Yi, documentation supervisor at Shanghai Automobile International Trading Co., said: "Through the Single Window's certificate of origin module, we've achieved fully online processing from application to printing, with most certificates approved instantly and RCEP certificates available for self-printing." In the first two months of 2024, the company obtained 484 certificates of origin through the platform, covering goods worth approximately $400 million.
智能"预约申报"功能则通过自动采集物流信息，使报关单平均通关时间缩短60%，有效解决了企业"信息获取难"问题。
The intelligent "appointment declaration" feature, by automatically collecting logistics information, has reduced average clearance time by 60%, effectively solving enterprises' "information access difficulties".
推动长三角一体化发展
Promoting Yangtze River Delta Integration
为服务长三角一体化国家战略，"单一窗口"专门设立了长三角服务专区，实现了：
- 与浙江、江苏"单一窗口"工单信息互转
- 覆盖长三角近100家堆场和900家货代企业
- 推动跨境贸易异地申报
To serve the national strategy of Yangtze River Delta integration, the Single Window has established a dedicated service zone that achieves:
- Work order information exchange with Zhejiang and Jiangsu Single Windows
- Coverage of nearly 100 yards and 900 freight forwarders in the region
- Cross-border trade declaration across different locations
2023年12月，上海"单一窗口"航空物流公共信息平台上线，进一步提升上海国际航空枢纽能级。目前上海航空口岸货物进出口占全国45%以上，其中80%来自长三角地区。
In December 2023, Shanghai's Single Window Air Logistics Public Information Platform was launched, further enhancing Shanghai's international aviation hub capacity. Currently, Shanghai's air cargo imports and exports account for over 45% of the national total, with 80% coming from the Yangtze River Delta region.
展望未来，上海海关将以智慧海关建设为契机，推动"单一窗口"智能化、数字化转型，打造具有全球影响力的新一代国际贸易平台。
