Vietnamese flowers gain strong foothold in Japanese market
根据最新数据显示，越南花卉在日本市场的占有率正快速提升，已成为日本重要的花卉进口来源国之一。
According to the latest data, Vietnamese flowers are rapidly gaining market share in Japan, becoming one of the country's important sources of flower imports.
2021年日本花卉进口总额达653亿日元(5.28亿美元)，其中从越南进口4500万美元，占比8.52%。越南花卉出口总额达6180万美元，同比增长27%。
In 2021, Japan's total flower imports reached 65.3 billion yen (528 million USD), with imports from Vietnam accounting for 45 million USD or 8.52%. Vietnam's total flower exports reached 61.8 million USD, a 27% year-on-year increase.
永旺零售集团AEON部门主管佐藤高里表示："日本千叶县永旺购物中心销售的花卉中，约40%来自越南。"
Kaori Sato, head of AEON department at AEON Retail Group, said: "About 40% of the flowers sold at AEON shopping malls in Chiba Prefecture, Japan come from Vietnam."
