Before you can have a team, you have to assemble the team. Each member has to be distinct and bring something different to the group, have their own personality quirks and flaws, as well as strengths, and they tend to be visually distinct from one another. Were this for a grandiose purpose like Save the World or The Con, it falls under Avengers Assemble. However, for a more long-term goal, such as an actual musical band, or a sports team, and their purpose is not a singular mission or event, then it falls into Putting the Band Together.
