此次招商针对的是开店主体为中国内地主体和中国香港主体,且具有美国本地仓储物流能力的商家。
This recruitment targets merchants with mainland China or Hong Kong entities as their store operators and possessing US local warehousing and logistics capabilities.
商家只要在美国亚马逊、eBay、walmart任意平台或独立站有运营经验且符合相关需求即可入驻。
Merchants only need to have operational experience on any of the US Amazon, eBay, Walmart platforms or independent websites and meet relevant requirements to join.
值得注意的是,TikTok Shop 此次未对亚马逊商家的GMV有任何要求。而在此前的入驻要求中,商家需提供单店铺在美国年GMV超过200万美金的证明。
Notably, TikTok Shop has removed all GMV requirements for Amazon merchants this time. Previously, merchants needed to provide proof of annual GMV exceeding $2 million in the US for a single store.

- Walmart供货模式商家,近6个月内有供货记录即符合资格
- 独立站商家,需有美国市场DTC独立站运营经验,Trustpilot评分大于3.8分,海外社交媒体粉丝总量达到1万
- Amazon Seller Central (SC) merchants with store rating ≥4, operating for ≥3 months, and account health score ≥250
- Amazon Vendor Central (VC) merchants with supply records in the past 6 months
- eBay/Walmart merchants with single-store GMV >$500k in past 12 months, operating for >3 months, meeting specified positive review rate/rating standards
- Walmart supplier model merchants with supply records in the past 6 months
- Independent website merchants with US DTC experience, Trustpilot score >3.8, and total overseas social media followers ≥10k
