旧衣回收行业探秘：三成可出口，冬装运往东南亚，夏装受非洲欢迎

11月14日，青岛市城市管理局发布公告，要拆除全市58个无法正常使用且长期无人管理维护的废旧衣物回收箱。一纸公告，掀开了行业现状一角。
On November 14, Qingdao City Management Bureau announced the removal of 58 malfunctioning and long-neglected used clothing collection bins across the city, revealing part of the industry's current situation.
经历了2014年旧衣回收箱雨后春笋般兴起，2017年左右旧衣回收市场混战，2018年智能回收箱上线，如今，这个行业里，上门回收、门店回收以及网上小程序下单等多元化回收模式并起。
After rapid growth in 2014, market competition around 2017, and the launch of smart recycling bins in 2018, the industry now features diversified collection methods including door-to-door pickup, physical stores, and online mini-programs.
青岛首家旧衣回收店 | Qingdao's First Used Clothing Store
11月22日下午，在位于雒口路上的一家旧衣回收店内，80岁的滨县路居民林秀琴看着自己拿来的3大包衣服换回3块钱，感觉挺满意。
On the afternoon of November 22, at a used clothing store on Luokou Road, 80-year-old resident Lin Xiuqin was satisfied to exchange three large bags of clothes for 3 yuan.
这处门店是王龙今年10月份刚开设的，也是目前青岛首家专营旧衣回收的店面。王龙的这处店面每天回收量约700公斤，每月20吨左右。
Opened in October by Wang Long, this is Qingdao's first dedicated used clothing store, collecting about 700kg daily and 20 tons monthly.
行业演变历程 | Industry Evolution
2014年，王龙进入旧衣回收行业。2016年，他成立青岛海沧环境科技发展有限公司，以50个旧衣回收箱为起点，开始做大业务。
Wang entered the industry in 2014 and founded Qingdao Haicang Environmental Technology in 2016, starting with 50 collection bins.
2017年，12家省内旧衣回收公司成立了山东省废旧纺织品综合利用战略联盟，对市场进行规范，并首次摘掉了"慈善"的旗号。
In 2017, 12 companies formed the Shandong Used Textile Comprehensive Utilization Alliance to regulate the market, officially dropping the "charity" label.
旧衣去向揭秘 | Where Used Clothes Go
青岛每年产生7000吨旧衣服，其中30%可以出口。冬装出口到东南亚，夏装出口到非洲。出口利润几乎占旧衣回收整个行业利润的100%。
Qingdao generates 7,000 tons annually, with 30% exported - winter clothes to Southeast Asia and summer clothes to Africa. Export profits account for nearly 100% of industry profits.
分拣合格的衣物将会出口，不符合标准的会制成棉纱、无纺布、大棚保温被、路基布、填充物、隔音棉等。
Sorted clothes are exported while others become yarn, non-woven fabric, greenhouse insulation, road base fabric, filling materials, or soundproofing cotton.
行业面临挑战 | Industry Challenges
中国工业节能与清洁生产协会专家曲睿晶表示："这个行业目前正处于大洗牌阶段，真正的适者生存。"
Qu Ruijing, an expert from China Industrial Energy Conservation and Clean Production Association, said: "The industry is undergoing major reshuffling where only the fittest survive."
近三年，各种原因叠加，导致旧衣出口锐减。同时，国内废纺产量也有所减少。
Over the past three years, exports have sharply declined while domestic used textile production has also decreased.
未来展望 | Future Outlook
2022年，国家发展改革委等部门提出，到2025年，废旧纺织品循环利用率达到25%。
In 2022, China's NDRC set a goal to achieve 25% used textile recycling rate by 2025.
"我计划明年开100家门店，虽然行业遇冷，但我对青岛市场还是抱有希望。"王龙说。
"I plan to open 100 stores next year. Despite industry challenges, I remain hopeful about Qingdao's market," said Wang Long.
