Walking into Dongping Town of Anhua County, tea shops line the streets with fragrant tea aroma. This mountainous county along the Zijiang River has achieved prosperity through tea. In 2022, Anhua dark tea output value exceeded 23 billion yuan with 210 processing enterprises and nearly 400,000 employees.

安化县通过"茶旅融合、产城融合、茶文融合、茶康融合"的发展策略,打造了完整的产业链。2022年接待游客910万人次,旅游综合收入95亿元。黑茶制作技艺更被列入联合国非遗名录。
Through strategies of "tea-tourism integration, industry-city integration, tea-culture integration, and tea-health integration", Anhua has built a complete industrial chain. In 2022, it received 9.1 million tourists with 9.5 billion yuan in tourism revenue. The dark tea making technique was listed as UNESCO intangible cultural heritage.
株洲茶业:历史优势与现状挑战
Zhuzhou Tea: Historical Advantages and Current Challenges
株洲茶陵是中国少有以茶命名的县,历史上曾是唐代三大产茶地之一。但目前全市茶园面积14万亩,综合产值50亿元,与安化相比存在明显差距,面临"有品质无品牌"的困境。
Chaling in Zhuzhou is one of few Chinese counties named after tea, and was among top three tea producers in Tang Dynasty. But currently with 140,000 mu tea gardens and 5 billion yuan output value, it lags behind Anhua, facing the dilemma of "quality without brand".
发展建议:借鉴安化经验打造株洲品牌
Development Suggestions: Learning from Anhua to Build Zhuzhou Brand
株洲计划到2028年实现"30万亩茶园、3万吨产量、100亿产值"目标,重点培育"茶祖红""神农福"等区域品牌。需要整合农业、文化、旅游等多部门资源,打造具有株洲特色的茶产业名片。
Zhuzhou plans to achieve "300,000 mu tea gardens, 30,000 tons output, 10 billion yuan value" by 2028, focusing on regional brands like "Tea Ancestor Red" and "Shennong Blessing". It needs to integrate resources from agriculture, culture, tourism etc. to build distinctive tea industry名片.
