Migration Question: ConsumerCancelled Event in Version 7.1.2

Hi

I'm currently planning to migrate from version 6.8.1 to 7.1.2 and I'm facing an issue with an event that seems to be removed or changed.

Current Implementation (v6.8.1)
In the current version, I'm using:

public event EventHandler<ConsumerEventArgs> ConsumerCancelled;

Issue
In the new version (7.1.2), this event doesn't seem to exist anymore. I've looked into AsyncEventingBasicConsumer but couldn't find an equivalent.

Questions
What is the recommended way to handle consumer cancellation events in v7.1.2?
Is there an equivalent event or method in AsyncEventingBasicConsumer?
Are there any migration guides that cover this specific change?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

We can add the original name back, I guess, as an alias.

"Unregister" is a reasonable name for such an event, it's just that the extension uses "cancel" to describe what's happening to the consumer, which is correct given the context.

But I would be all for adding an alias for improved backwards compatibility.

@lukebakken @michaelklishin I actually believe that the ConsumerCancelled event got removed from AsyncDefaultBaseConsumer (which AsyncEventingBasicConsumer inherits from) in this commit

I'd be more than happy to accept a PR to add ConsumerCancelledAsync as an alias for UnregisteredAsync.
