oauth_installed.md: isn't oob depricated?

In oauth_installed.md is described how to choose an redirect URI "that the authorization code should be returned in the title bar of the browser, with the page text prompting the user to copy the code and paste it in the application". But isn't that deprecated and disabled (for apps in Prod) since 01.2023? -> https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/resources/oob-migration
Is that an error in the docs?
