OGC Maps

Hi!

I'm testing loading a OGC Maps response for a STAC Item and a COG. They both work when querying them in PNG format, but, are they supposed to be georreferenced when querying for them as Tiff? I checked the OGC Maps spec and, to my understanding, they should.

The result I'm getting shows no georreferentiation, even though /tiles shows them in the right place.

oh but it doesn't with with tiff because of https://github.com/developmentseed/titiler/blob/main/src/titiler/core/titiler/core/utils.py#L111

I'll going to push a fix for this

I can confirm it works with tif with a single f 😀

The fix looks great, I'll try to test it soon
