I made a tool cross-platform in Python to check if your Android APK, AAB or SO library has support for Android 16 KB.

There is a exist command line zipalign -c -P 16 -v 4 APK_NAME.apk from Google Offical docs

It only work for APK, the other tool work for APK, AAB and SO (with .so you don't need generate apk/aab).
