@jbiggsets, @desilinguist Thank you for creating factor_analyzer, it is very useful and easy to use. Could I ask a couple of questions about the fa.transform() function?
In the documentation, it says that the fa.transform() function lets you 'Get the factor scores for new data set.' -> is it also possible to use fa.transform to calculate factor scores for the current data set?
Also, I think there are several methods to calculate factor scores. -> which method does fa.transform() use to calculate factor scores?
