1. 询价阶段 | 1. Quotation Stage

发货人向货代公司提供货物详细信息，包括：货重、件数、品名（是否为危险货物、是否有品牌等）、起运港、目的港工厂地址等。货代根据这些信息向货主报价。

The shipper provides the freight forwarder with detailed cargo information including: weight, quantity, product name (whether dangerous goods, branded goods, etc.), port of loading, destination port, factory address, etc. The forwarder then provides a quotation based on this information.

2. 订舱流程 | 2. Booking Process

货主接受报价后，需发送订舱委托书(Booking)给货代。货代接受委托后向船公司订舱，成功后会收到订舱回执。

After accepting the quotation, the shipper needs to send a Booking Request to the forwarder. The forwarder then books space with the shipping line and receives a booking confirmation upon success.

3. 提箱装货 | 3. Container Pickup & Loading

货代根据订舱回执信息办理集装箱交接及验箱，与货主协商安排外拖或内装，备齐货物并集港。

The forwarder handles container pickup and inspection based on the booking confirmation, coordinates with the shipper for trucking or stuffing arrangements, and completes cargo consolidation at the port.

4. 报关手续 | 4. Customs Declaration

货物集港后向海关发送运抵报告，客户需提供装箱单、形式发票、贸易合同等报关单据，由报关行代理申报，等待海关放行或查验。

After cargo consolidation, the arrival notice is submitted to customs. The client must provide packing list, proforma invoice, trade contract and other documents for customs declaration by the broker, then wait for customs release or inspection.

5. 提单交接 | 5. Bill of Lading Handover

船开3个工作日内可申请签发提单，货代需将提单交接给发货人。

The Bill of Lading can be issued within 3 working days after vessel departure, and the forwarder must deliver it to the shipper.

6. 目的港清关 | 6. Destination Customs Clearance

收货人凭提单向船公司办理提货单，连同清关单据向当地海关申请清关。

The consignee obtains the delivery order from the shipping line with the B/L, and submits it with other clearance documents to local customs for clearance.

7. 税费缴纳 | 7. Tax Payment

如需缴纳关税增值税等，收货人需按海关要求缴纳税费后方可获得放行。

If duties/VAT are applicable, the consignee must pay as required by customs before obtaining release.

8. 货物交付 | 8. Cargo Delivery

安排拖车将货物运输至指定地点，收货人进行最终验收。

Arrange trucking to deliver goods to the designated location for final inspection by the consignee.
