近日，全球重要农业文化遗产大会在浙江青田举行。会上，福州代表团携福州茉莉花茶参展，向世界展示这项千年农业文化遗产的独特魅力。
Recently, the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) Conference was held in Qingtian, Zhejiang. The Fuzhou delegation showcased Fuzhou jasmine tea, presenting the unique charm of this thousand-year-old agricultural heritage to the world.
在保护中壮大产业 | Growing Industry Through Protection
2014年，"福州茉莉花与茶文化系统"正式入选全球重要农业文化遗产。福州以此为契机，全方位扶持产业发展：
- 立法保护：《福州市茉莉花茶保护规定》
- 规划支持：编制多项保护发展规划
- 政策扶持：8年投入3415万元
In 2014, the "Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture System" was officially included in the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems. Fuzhou seized this opportunity to comprehensively support industrial development:
- Legal protection: "Fuzhou Jasmine Tea Protection Regulations"
- Planning support: Formulated multiple protection and development plans
- Policy support: 34.15 million yuan invested over 8 years
数据显示，福州茉莉花茶品牌价值已达38.70亿元，十年间实现翻倍增长。
Data shows that the brand value of Fuzhou jasmine tea has reached 3.87 billion yuan, doubling in ten years.
在发展中让农民受益 | Benefiting Farmers Through Development
在永泰梧桐镇春光村，花农叶爱玉告诉记者："每天采摘茉莉花能有100多元收入。"通过与龙头企业合作，春光村打造了180余亩茉莉花种植基地。
In Yongtai Wutong Town's Chunguang Village, flower farmer Ye Aiyu told reporters: "Picking jasmine flowers every day can earn more than 100 yuan." Through cooperation with leading enterprises, Chunguang Village has built a jasmine planting base covering more than 180 acres.
目前，茉莉花茶产业带动福州2.6万户茶农、花农，户均增收1.2万元，成为"生态美、百姓富"的特色农业产业。
At present, the jasmine tea industry has driven 26,000 tea farmers and flower farmers in Fuzhou, with an average increase of 12,000 yuan per household, becoming a characteristic agricultural industry with "beautiful ecology and wealthy people".

目前，世界茉莉花茶的高端产品均为福州出产，出口单价在茶叶中位居榜首。福州正探索出一整套全球重要农业文化遗产价值提升的"福州方案"。
At present, the world's high-end jasmine tea products are all produced in Fuzhou, and the export unit price ranks first among teas. Fuzhou is exploring a complete set of "Fuzhou solutions" to enhance the value of globally important agricultural heritage.
