最新能效标准更新 / Latest Energy Efficiency Standard Updates
1. SASO 2902:2018标准（2019年4月1日强制执行）：
• 管控产品：控制器、光通量＞12000流明的灯具、不可替换光源的灯具
• 适用产品：筒灯、面板灯、泛光灯、＞13000流明的光源产品
1. SASO 2902:2018 Standard (Mandatory from April 1, 2019):
• Regulated products: Controllers, luminaires with luminous flux >12,000lm, luminaires with non-replaceable light sources
• Applicable products: Downlights, panel lights, floodlights, light source products >13,000lm
2. SASO 2870标准升级：
• 2015版升级为2018版，更新能效标签
• 2019年4月1日起不再接受旧版标签
• 高压卤素灯EEI指数上限从1.75降至0.95

• 2015 version upgraded to 2018 version with updated energy efficiency labels

关键清关要求 / Key Customs Clearance Requirements
自2019年4月1日起，所有受SASO 2870和SASO 2902管制的照明产品必须同时具备：
1. 有效的能效标签
2. SASO IECEE认可证书(SIRC)
• SIRC证书可基于CB证书申请
• 无SIRC证书将无法清关
From April 1, 2019, all lighting products regulated by SASO 2870 and SASO 2902 must have both:
1. Valid energy efficiency label
2. SASO IECEE Recognition Certificate (SIRC)
• SIRC certificate can be applied based on CB certificate
• Customs clearance will be denied without SIRC certificate
