案例：我市居民林先生的母亲认识了一位陌生网友，对方谎称其女儿与林先生年龄相仿，林母就抱着介绍对象的心态把其微信推荐给了林先生。
Case: A resident of our city, Mr. Lin, was introduced by his mother to a stranger who claimed to have a daughter of similar age. The mother intended to set them up.
聊天过程中，对方自称在家做跨境电商，收入十分可观，林先生也被诱导着在指定网站注册了网店。
During their chat, the stranger claimed to run a lucrative cross-border e-commerce business from home and persuaded Mr. Lin to register an online store on a specific website.
网站客服告诉林先生，只需缴纳押金、垫付进货款，平台就会自动完成发货等步骤，林先生配合扫码转账。
The website customer service told Mr. Lin that he only needed to pay a deposit and advance payment for goods, and the platform would automatically handle shipping. Mr. Lin complied with the QR code transfers.
而后，网店的订单量激增，对方声称银行卡转账金额受限，要求林先生取出现金，通过网约车运送到指定地点，继续充值进货款。
Later, the store received a surge of orders. The scammer claimed bank transfer limits were reached and asked Mr. Lin to withdraw cash and deliver it via ride-hailing services to continue replenishing funds.
林先生最终却发现无法将网站盈利提现，导致被骗40万余元。
Mr. Lin ultimately couldn't withdraw the website's profits, resulting in a loss of over 400,000 yuan.
警方提示：凡是要求向陌生银行卡转账的跨境电商投资都是诈骗！不要轻信来历不明的陌生网站。
Police Warning: Any cross-border e-commerce investment requiring transfers to unknown bank accounts is a scam! Don't trust unfamiliar websites of unknown origin.
