Shopee平台的订单未完成率机制旨在提升买卖双方的信任度。自2020年1月6日起,平台规定:当订单未完成率≥10%且取消+退货退款订单数≥15笔时,将被视为严重违反计分规则。
Shopee's order non-completion rate mechanism aims to enhance trust between buyers and sellers. Since January 6, 2020, the platform stipulates that when the order non-completion rate ≥10% and the number of canceled + returned/refunded orders ≥15, it will be considered a serious violation of the scoring rules.

订单未完成率是基于卖家过去7天内的订单数据计算的,公式为:
The order non-completion rate is calculated based on the seller's order data from the past 7 days, using the formula:
(未完成订单数 ÷ 总订单数)×100%
(Number of incomplete orders ÷ Total number of orders) ×100%
平台要求7天内无论订单量多少,未完成率必须低于10%,否则将根据卖家计分系统进行扣分处罚。
The platform requires that the non-completion rate must be below 10% within 7 days regardless of order volume, otherwise penalty points will be deducted according to the seller scoring system.
