中国外贸企业面临订单不足挑战 贸促会多举措助力稳外贸
中国青年报客户端杭州11月29日电（中青报·中青网记者 张均斌）根据中国海关总署最新数据，10月份中国进出口总值同比下降0.4%，外贸增速明显放缓。中国贸促会新闻发言人孙晓在11月例行新闻发布会上指出，当前我国外贸企业面临的最大问题是订单不足，四季度外贸形势更加严峻。
China Youth Daily Client, Hangzhou, November 29th (Reporter Zhang Junbin) According to the latest data from China Customs, the total value of imports and exports in October decreased by 0.4% year-on-year, showing a significant slowdown in foreign trade growth. Sun Xiao, spokesperson for the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), stated at a regular press conference in November that the most pressing issue facing Chinese foreign trade enterprises is insufficient orders, with the trade situation becoming more challenging in the fourth quarter.
孙晓表示，尽管前10个月我国外贸进出口总额创历史同期新高，但在疫情反复、地缘政治紧张、全球经济脆弱性加剧的背景下，外贸企业正面临外需减弱、成本上升、风险加大等多重压力。
Sun Xiao noted that although China's total foreign trade volume in the first 10 months reached a record high for the same period, against the backdrop of recurring pandemic outbreaks, geopolitical tensions, and increasing global economic fragility, foreign trade enterprises are facing multiple pressures including weakening external demand, rising costs, and increasing risks.
为应对这些挑战，中国贸促会推出三大举措：
To address these challenges, CCPIT has launched three major initiatives:
1. 帮助企业开拓国际市场
- 组织企业参加海外展会
- 升级"贸促云展"数字平台服务
1. Assisting Enterprises in Expanding International Markets
- Organizing enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions
- Upgrading the "CCPIT Cloud Exhibition" digital platform services
2. 优化贸易投资服务
- 加强RCEP等自贸协定培训
- 提升原产地证书签发便利度
2. Optimizing Trade and Investment Services
- Strengthening training on free trade agreements like RCEP
- Improving the convenience of certificate of origin issuance
3. 加强风险防范
- 提供国际仲裁和商事调解服务
- 开展企业合规培训
- 扩大国际化经营风险排查
3. Enhancing Risk Prevention
- Providing international arbitration and commercial mediation services
- Conducting corporate compliance training
- Expanding international operation risk assessments
孙晓强调，尽管面临诸多不确定性，但中国外贸稳中向好的基本趋势没有改变。中国贸促会将持续为企业提供全方位支持，助力外贸稳定发展。
Sun Xiao emphasized that despite facing many uncertainties, the fundamental trend of China's foreign trade remains stable with positive momentum. CCPIT will continue to provide comprehensive support to enterprises to promote stable development of foreign trade.
