The 2024 China Dark Tea Conference and the 6th Hunan (Yiyang) Anhua Dark Tea Culture Festival opened on the 28th in Anhua County, Hunan Province, known as "the hometown of Chinese dark tea". This marks the first specialized conference for China's dark tea industry, aiming to comprehensively showcase the unique charm of dark tea and promote coordinated development across the entire industry chain.
本届节会以"一茶一业一生活，一带一路一黑茶"为主题，突出黑茶的健康属性，推广"24小时健康茶生活"理念，传承古丝绸之路精神，同时巩固国内市场并拓展海外市场。
With the theme "One Tea, One Industry, One Lifestyle; One Belt One Road, One Dark Tea", the festival highlights the health benefits of dark tea, promotes the concept of "24-hour healthy tea lifestyle", inherits the spirit of the ancient Silk Road, while consolidating domestic market and expanding overseas markets.
产业发展数据：
中国茶叶流通协会会长王庆表示，近五年来中国黑茶产业稳步发展，产量和产值年均增幅分别超过10%和8%。2023年全国黑茶产量达45.8万吨，总产值310.4亿元；内销量37.8万吨，内销额358.6亿元。
Industry Development Data:
Wang Qing, president of China Tea Marketing Association, stated that China's dark tea industry has shown steady growth over the past five years, with annual average increases of over 10% in output and 8% in output value. In 2023, national dark tea output reached 458,000 tons with total output value of 31.04 billion yuan; domestic sales volume was 378,000 tons worth 35.86 billion yuan.
产业协同机制：
中国茶叶流通协会联合六大黑茶主产区政府建立合作机制，并发布《中国黑茶·安化宣言》，明确产业发展方向。湖南作为传统茶叶大省，2023年茶园面积324万亩，茶叶综合产值1062亿元，出口量4.22万吨。
Industry Collaboration Mechanism:
The China Tea Marketing Association established a cooperation mechanism with six major dark tea producing regions and issued the "Anhua Declaration on Chinese Dark Tea", clarifying industry development directions. As a traditional tea powerhouse, Hunan had 3.24 million mu of tea gardens in 2023, with comprehensive tea output value of 106.2 billion yuan and exports of 42,200 tons.

安化县作为"中国黑茶之乡"，2023年茶园面积36万亩，茶叶加工量8.4万吨，综合产值252亿元，茶产业税收2亿元。未来将聚焦打造世界黑茶之都，力争5-10年内打造千亿产业集群。
Anhua Dark Tea Development:
As "the hometown of Chinese dark tea", Anhua County had 360,000 mu of tea gardens in 2023, processing 84,000 tons of tea with comprehensive output value of 25.2 billion yuan and tea industry tax revenue of 200 million yuan. Future plans focus on building a world dark tea capital and creating a 100-billion-yuan industrial cluster within 5-10 years.
