山西投资37亿打造运城水果出口平台 推动果业国际化发展
新华社太原3月6日电 - 山西省农业厅最新消息显示，为推动果业对外开放和转型升级，山西将投资37.04亿元重点打造运城水果出口平台。这一重大举措将显著提升山西水果的国际竞争力。
Xinhua News Taiyuan March 6 - According to the latest information from Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, to promote the opening-up and transformation of the fruit industry, Shanxi will invest 3.704 billion yuan to build the Yuncheng fruit export platform. This major initiative will significantly enhance the international competitiveness of Shanxi fruits.
近年来，山西水果尤其是运城水果已成功打入"一带一路"沿线国家市场。2015年运城苹果首次代表中国出口美国，2016年运城油桃首次出口澳大利亚，2017年吉县苹果也成功进入美国和澳大利亚市场，标志着山西水果已达到国际高端市场质量标准。
In recent years, Shanxi fruits, especially those from Yuncheng, have successfully entered markets along the "Belt and Road" countries. In 2015, Yuncheng apples were exported to the United States for the first time representing China, followed by Yuncheng peaches to Australia in 2016, and Jixian apples to the US and Australia in 2017, indicating that Shanxi fruits have met the quality standards of high-end international markets.
山西省农业厅数据显示，2011年以来山西水果出口量年均增长超过50%，目前水果出口量和出口额已占全省农产品出口的82%以上。为支持这一增长趋势，山西省政府近日正式印发《山西运城水果出口平台建设规划》。
According to Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, since 2011 Shanxi's fruit exports have grown at an average annual rate of over 50%, currently accounting for more than 82% of the province's total agricultural exports. To support this growth trend, the Shanxi Provincial Government recently issued the "Construction Plan for Shanxi Yuncheng Fruit Export Platform".
该规划提出建设"一体两翼"的水果出口平台体系：
- "一体"：将运城、临汾建设成为全国重要的绿色果品生产和出口基地
- "两翼"：构建完善的检验检疫体系和专业化综合服务体系
The plan proposes to build a "one body, two wings" fruit export platform system:
- "One body": Build Yuncheng and Linfen into important national green fruit production and export bases
- "Two wings": Establish a complete inspection and quarantine system and professional comprehensive service system
发展目标：到2020年实现运城、临汾两市水果出口50万吨；到2025年出口量达到100万吨。为实现这一目标，山西将在京津冀、长三角等重点区域建设直销窗口，并在天津、青岛等口岸城市设立外商采购窗口。
Development Goals: Achieve fruit exports of 500,000 tons from Yuncheng and Linfen by 2020; reach 1 million tons by 2025. To achieve these goals, Shanxi will establish direct sales windows in key regions including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta, and set up foreign trade procurement windows in port cities such as Tianjin and Qingdao.
