In the online store of Yang, a salesperson in Yinchuan, various international brand clothing and accessories labeled as "original orders" and "remaining orders" are available. "Absolutely genuine, exactly the same as in the stores, with no quality compromise," Yang firmly stated.
在银川商城、湖滨街、唐徕小区等多处店铺记者看到，一些号称国外大牌的原单产品，购买者络绎不绝。"新推出的款式常常是一上货就断货，像这款白色的香奈儿包包，'A货'，卖疯了。"一位年轻的女老板笑着说。
In multiple locations including Yinchuan Mall, Hubin Street, and Tanglai Community, reporters observed continuous streams of customers purchasing so-called "original order" products of foreign luxury brands. "Newly launched styles often sell out immediately after being stocked. This white Chanel bag, a 'Grade A replica', is selling like crazy," a young female shop owner said with a smile.
质量问题频发 消费者维权困难

"原单货的优势在于价格低，从款式上看不出分别，但有些没用几天就发现了质量问题，钱打了水漂，退货也根本不可能。"银川白领王静说。
"The advantage of 'original order' products is their low price, and the styles look identical. But some develop quality issues within days, making the money wasted with no possibility of return," said Wang Jing, a white-collar worker in Yinchuan.
记者了解到，有此遭遇的市民大有人在，多数人发现上当，却不知到哪理论，只能吃哑巴亏。
Reporters learned that many citizens have had similar experiences. Most find themselves cheated but don't know where to complain, ending up swallowing their losses.
八成以上"外贸原单"实为假货

在银川温州商城从事服装销售的项先生表示："传统意义上的外贸'原单货'是生产厂家从外国客商确定的'计划报废物资'中抠出来的产品。只是现在有些不良商家制作、销售假货，把这个市场搞乱了。"
Mr. Xiang, engaged in clothing sales at Yinchuan Wenzhou Mall, said: "Traditionally, 'original order' products in foreign trade were items manufacturers extracted from 'planned scrap materials' designated by foreign clients. But now some unscrupulous merchants are producing and selling counterfeits, disrupting this market."
采访中不少消费者表示，大部分商家对"原单""尾单"的来源都说不出所以然，对商品渠道、面料质量也含糊其辞，低廉的价格让人心里打鼓。
Many consumers interviewed stated that most merchants cannot clearly explain the origins of their "original orders" or "remaining orders," being evasive about product channels and fabric quality, with the low prices making people suspicious.
生产销售者涉嫌侵犯商标权
Manufacturers and Sellers Suspected of Trademark Infringement
我国商标法规定，未经商标注册人的许可，在同一种商品或者类似商品上使用与其注册商标相同或者近似的商标的，均属侵犯注册商标专用权。
China's Trademark Law stipulates that using identical or similar trademarks on the same or similar goods without the trademark owner's permission constitutes infringement of exclusive trademark rights.
银川律师宋强表示："无论是'同布料、同做工、同质检'的'外贸原单'货，或是'形似实不似'的尾单货、追单货，都不同程度地侵犯了品牌商的商标专属权等权利。"
Yinchuan lawyer Song Qiang stated: "Whether it's 'foreign trade original orders' claiming 'same fabric, same craftsmanship, same quality inspection' or 'remaining orders' and 'follow-up orders' that 'look similar but aren't actually the same,' they all infringe on brand owners' exclusive trademark rights to varying degrees."
专家呼吁加强监管 提倡理性消费
