后备厢集市火爆现象解析:手冲咖啡到宠物用品的移动商业新生态

每到傍晚,一辆辆私家车打开后备厢,摆上琳琅满目的小商品,吸引着过往行人。入秋以来,"后备厢集市"在全国多地如雨后春笋般涌现。
Every evening, private cars open their trunks to display dazzling arrays of small goods, attracting passersby. Since autumn, "trunk markets" have sprung up like mushrooms across China.
在山东省枣庄市市中区东湖公园,有人将后备厢变成了汉堡铺子,有人把后备厢装点成了奶茶吧,还有人售卖自己制作的手工艺品。
In Donghu Park, Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, some have turned their trunks into burger stalls, others into milk tea bars, and some sell handmade crafts.
在江苏省南京市大报恩寺,一条亲子主题的"后备厢集市"在国庆节期间热闹开市。这里的摊主多为一家三口,鼓励小朋友全程参与摆摊,体验别样的假期生活。
At Nanjing's Dabao'en Temple in Jiangsu Province, a parent-child themed "trunk market" opened during National Day. Most stall owners here are families of three, encouraging children to fully participate in setting up stalls for a unique holiday experience.
在浙江省杭州市武林夜市,一辆粉色的小轿车被改造成手打柠檬茶铺位,车身上贴满了各种吸睛标语。凭借着出色的饮品口感和独特的车身装饰,这个后备厢摊位迅速成为网红打卡点。
At Hangzhou's Wulin Night Market in Zhejiang Province, a pink car was transformed into a hand-squeezed lemon tea stall covered with eye-catching slogans. With excellent beverage taste and unique car decorations, this trunk stall quickly became an internet-famous check-in spot.
"后备厢集市"都卖啥? | What's Sold at "Trunk Markets"?
记者走访北京多个"后备厢集市"发现,咖啡、汉堡、小蛋糕等快餐饮品出现频率最高,其次是手工艺品、冰箱贴等小商品,宠物零食、衣服等宠物用品也时有出现。
A survey of several Beijing "trunk markets" shows coffee, burgers, and small cakes are most common, followed by handicrafts and refrigerator magnets, with pet snacks and clothing also appearing.
"主办方对摊位有规定,不能使用明火,所以这边卖食物的大多是快餐。"有摊主表示,摆摊需要提供食品经营许可证等相关证件,"不是想摆就能摆的"。
"Organizers have regulations - no open flames, so most food sold is fast food," said one stall owner, noting that food business licenses are required - "you can't just set up as you please."
"后备厢集市"能挣钱吗? | Can "Trunk Markets" Make Money?
以手工咖啡摊位为例,一杯售价20元左右的咖啡,人多时一天能卖出60杯,收入可达1200元。
Take handmade coffee stalls: at about 20 yuan per cup, selling 60 cups on busy days means 1,200 yuan income.
"但收入很不稳定,好的时候一天能卖60杯,不好的时候可能一天10杯都卖不出去。再赶上天气不好,连摊都出不了。"一位北京摊主告诉记者,在这种不稳定的情况下,参与"后备厢集市"只能作为增加额外收入的途径之一。
"But income fluctuates wildly - 60 cups on good days, maybe just 10 on bad ones. With bad weather, we can't even open," said a Beijing vendor, noting trunk markets are just one supplemental income source given this instability.
不少年轻摊主表示,摆摊更多是出于个人兴趣。"不一定每次出摊都能有收入,但每次都有新收获""每次摆摊都会有热情的路人一起聊天,认识新朋友的感觉太棒了""我特别享受听到大家夸我做的咖啡好喝"...参与"后备厢集市"为摊主带来了社交满足感。
Many young vendors say they participate more for personal interest. "Not every outing earns money, but always brings new experiences." "Chatting with enthusiastic passersby and making new friends is wonderful." "I love hearing compliments about my coffee." Trunk markets provide social fulfillment.
对喜欢逛集市的人来说,"有些东西可能在网上看到也不会下单,但在集市里看到且价格不贵的情况下,往往会有购买的冲动。"北京市民小陈告诉记者,自己就在"后备厢集市"上买过几次东西,包括10元/个的冰箱贴、35元/袋的宠物零食以及约20元/杯的各种手冲咖啡。
For shoppers, "Some items seen online wouldn't prompt purchases, but at markets with reasonable prices, the impulse strikes," said Beijing resident Xiao Chen, who bought refrigerator magnets (10 yuan), pet snacks (35 yuan/bag), and hand-drip coffee (about 20 yuan/cup) at trunk markets.
"后备厢集市"所营造的氛围感,点燃了消费者的消费热情,也为城市增添了一抹烟火气。
The atmosphere created by trunk markets ignites consumer enthusiasm while adding vibrant street life to cities.
